We have been there several times with our dear friends and will be back..outstanding enterprise and execution..and the food…even the ones I am not a ferviente fan of are delicious and very well balanced. Seems that for the Chef and his team every plate is the best..try it…good for a night when nobody knows where to go..what a nice surprise..wines are good too.

I have eaten tostones all my life ( Caribbean,Miami, NYC, etc) these were badly prepared with some stuff on top that was horrible... need to redesign those...The rest was really good... service was slow...no bread so I won't be going back since we love good bread
Great experience all around. The dining area is warm and welcoming with great live edge wood slab tables. The food may be more upscale but the ambiance is more laid back for a great dining experience with friends.The food menu is not over expansive in a good way. Each item offers an interesting choice worth exploring. The tostones were a great place to start, but each starter was delicious in its own way. I shared the chateaubriand, which was perfectly cooked. I only wish the morel sauce it came with was a reduced a bit more making it thicker with a little more oomf. If you are a mushroom fan, I would definitely recommend their mushroom dishes as they converted a couple of mushroom haters at our table.A side note, the dining was busy the Thursday we went, and as is typical right now they seemed a bit understaffed. However, the bar staff helped out and we never felt as if we were being forgotten. The service ended up a bright point, and big props to the staff for making sure we were taken care of.
Went this last weekend and we loved it. Had the huitlacoche risotto and it was amazing. Food was top notch, drinks were great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They constantly checked on us and i really enjoyed the atmosphere. Will definetly be back soon!

The dishes were creative and delicious, solid wine list and nice ambiance. Probably the best restaurant in McAllen currently.
Worst experience ever !!
Had the salmon dish and too many mezcal cocktails the other night. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere is very chill and the decor is gorgeous.
