I ordered two pizzas today and one was burnt. I notified Eric who identified as the manager over the phone. He offered 50 percent credit only. I tailHim I bought an entire pizza not half! He offered to exchange it but I would have to wait close to 1 hour for delivery . I tossed the pizza and went to Little Ceasers for one of their ready made pizzas . I would NOT RECOMMEND this store based on my bad experience and lack of customer service .
I do not really eat pizza but when I do, I come here? The employees are always super nice and the pizza always comes out perfect, I especially love the sauce

Horrible pizza i got today. Not edible. The dough was raw and sticking to the box. The toppings and cheese were sliding off. The slice couldn't even hold its own and literally fell apart In my hand.. I called to get a hold of the manager and let him know that i was willing to drive back and show them what disgusting pizza i payed for, but no one answered the phone. What's worse i couldnt exchange or get my money back.
As shown below on, I had the same experience. My pizza was sticking to the box. There was only one worker excluding the delivery boy. Threw the whole pizza away.
Papa John's was my go to pizza place, until today. I placed an advance order for a birthday party. I was charged, then it was canceled with NO notification to me. I was going to place a new order since the party date changed anyway. They now have my original payment pending, but no order on their systems. Local office blames online technology failure, customer service says their system shows that the local store voided the transaction and will enter a complaint on the local store to the general manager. So no one took responsibility and I got no pizza. I chose to place the order with Domino's Instead at 7.49 a pizza.

Just called for carry out said it be ready between 15-20 minutes went on 15 minutes and we got told they didn’t have our order and then got told they gave our order away to someone else . Love that
This review is long overdue. Great customer service all around. Ordered delivery Brandon and Crystal ensured my order was on point. It seemed like a good working environment. Delivery driver was friendly and the Pizza box had been sealed securely. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you Papa John's
My 1st ever PAPADIA. Ummmm pretty darn good. The pic is one that I opened up so you can get a better idea. Going to do this again!
