It's okay, my only issue is the floor. There are left overs, straw paper covers, tissue paper. Napkins at the floor. It was not properly cleaned out. Maybe understaffed buy still cleanliness is a priority.Food is okay, average. Fast turnover of food which is good, they always kept it full for the customers.Prise is average and fair.
It is a very busy place. Buffet has many options. Price is fair. And kids enjoy it. I recommend it for families.
Food was good, cooks and waiters had an awesome attitude! The only downside was a rude cashier in the gaming section. She kept make us feel like we were bothering her when we asked anything. Would not come close to ask if anyone needed any assistance. Very un professional. I think her name was Lindsey or something like that.
Food was ok but not great. At least they offer a fresh salad bar. The games were disappointing because many were shut off or took the money but didn't work. The person behind the game counter did reimburse us when this happened.
Well the pizza had a smokey taste to the cheese, so it was alright. Great buffet, lots of selection, the cleanliness of the dining area and restroom could've been way better. The gameroom was awesome, the variety of games, WOW.
1st time going and it was not so much of a good experience. The a.c was definitely not working at this location and the fountain drinks machine had no ice in them. There was so many tables unoccupied but dirty. Food was good but it was more of a bad dining room experience.
Good food and nice selection. Food was good. Very cold when we walked in. We had to find coats in order to eat. The temperature was improved just a little before we completed our meal.
This place is no better than peter pipers or Chucky cheese's. But I will say one thing worse about it is the fact they apparently close early without a word. I just left after a birthday party celebration for my grandson. I had a late lunch so I wasn't hungry when I arrived. But I figured I had until closing time to eat something which closing time was 8:30pm. I left the game room to eat a couple of slices before leaving at 8:20pm only to find that all good had already been removed completely. There wasn't a scrap anywhere so they had obviously packed up everything well before. So after paying for a meal I actually didn't get anything. That's no short than criminal to me. What business shut down services well before their operating hours? That's poor management.
The restaurant seems like it was remodeled. We had not been there in a couple years. They don't have enough variety of pizzas like they used to have. They have disposable gloves for customers to use when serving your pizza. The pizza was ok. Not everyone is wearing a mask and especially not the person taking out and placing the pizza. This can be important information to some people. The girls restroom was not clean at all. One stall was out of order. Another had no toilet paper. The others had so much dirty toilet paper on the floor. They had no hand soap available. The restroom needs more upkeep. I would definitely not be returning or recommending this place. It just needs more upkeep and more variety for the price. We went around 4:30-6 and it started getting really busy. For those who do not like to be around crowds.
The food is good. My daughter always has fun here
