The I’m giving the place a three star because the staff was super nice and the beer was stone cold but the meat in the parrillada was very chewy. The seafood cocktail was also very chewy. The restroom were clean do and they had live music was was nice to the ear.
Worst customer service experience! Food is over priced, waiter was super rude, double charge on my tap plus the 18% gratuity. The only good thing was the live bands music.
Bad service, it used to be way better , no fountain drinks available only can cokes so you can't get free refills, since we didn't buy a tequila bottle we got seated to the back even tho there were seats up front available. The food is down graded from what it used to be. Management needs to do way better than this!!! Imma give it a two stars since the only good thing is the music
The food here is really good and the service here is excellent, if you come at night expect a good time especially on the weekends with live music and a more lively atmosphere. If you go during the weekdays it's a lot quieter and very quaint friendly staff, great meals.
Adding 18% gratuity for a 4 people table to the bill for having a slow service is not right.Not offering fountain water but bottles instead.Food was ok, but the service was not.Felt like a rip off.
Amazing foods , and place!
I understand the current economy we live in. Times are tough and we all want to get to some sort of normalcy. The only star is for the food as the food was the only thing good that night.We were celebrating a birthday and inquired about the VIP area. Online, the prices for VIP access requires the purchase of 1 bottle at $140 on Wednesdays. When we inquired, the waiter informed us that it required 2 bottles purchased at $200 each. 1st red flag.The waiter then knowing he would get his tip because of the size of the party, was less than attentive. It took too long for us to get our drinks and orders in. Once we did, we had to ask for silverware as none was provided. Furthermore, we had to ask for refills for our drinks. Another red flag.I know what you're thinking. The place was packed and he had to attend other customers. This would be understandable but at the time we were there, the only other party was a group of 5 individuals. All other waiters were at the bar laughing it up. Red flag? Yup.I cannot recommend this place unless you are misinformed of the prices and procedures and are willing to get horrific service.
Waited an hour for a refill. Service was so bad that we wanted to leave automatically. Then the waitres grated me $20 for horrible service.
Place gets full pretty quickly, however this is also reservation based.Music is loud so be prepared to talk to someone in the ear or yell across the table. Live music was also present when I visited, sound check was really bad then again it's a cover band who performed so I'm sure they did it just for fun.Drinks are good but kinda pricey, also canned soda's are $2.25 and water is $2.00 but it's bottled and room temperature.Kitchen closes at 12pm so if you plan on eating and drinking I suggest you come here around 9pm.
