Went to this McDonald’s on 301 ridge last week I had ordered 2 for 6 deal, but they had charged me a regular price and didn’t give me the right food, I told this lady with a Angel tattoo that they gave my order wrong but not only I told her I told another worker and they didn’t listen I went back to the register and there was this girl with purple hair and I asked her about it and she right away took my receipt and she checked my order right she was the only one that seemed to care everyone else was goofing off and doing nothing she gave me my right food and apologized deeply she was nice and sweet about it didn’t even give me attitude like the other person. This McDonald’s is the worst place to eat we need more people like her!!Sincerely, from your senior citizens
Several times that I order hot coffee through the drive thru they have me waiting and when I receive it, it's literally cold, not even warm. It's always at night that this happens and they always are talking and not listening to the customers, literally even sometimes make ugly faces or are comletely rude. The worst part is the manager does absolutely nothing about their behavior...
Overall the in management and the district office which is there main franchise office didn't care or seem to be concerned about the speed of service and the presentation of the product it overall was nasty had root attitude and service didn't use the tools that they were given for example they have so many windows to get you take your money and express your mail to you yet they still use one window what's the use of having Express Windows wider drive through to drive through Windows to order I mean it just seems totally out of focus when I talk to the district manager he was just looking for excuses rather than looking into it and corrected and sharing his findings with me so I can tell him what I saw he was just one way did they look into it and try again I told I'll never go back now reading all the negatives reviews makes me understand why this McDonald's could be so much better but chooses to be the black eye in the businessI suggest, just run away from this McDonald's
Lately coffee has been cold ..I always order mobile and pik it up a fee times got it just warm so I started ordering mobile but picking it up drive thru,well same concept,it doesn't matter what time it is,they should always have hot freshly brewed coffee,but seems no one complains so they keep giving warm sometimes just cold burnt coffee,cause they use the sat down coffee or they just put water on the hot burnt pot,so they won't have to make a new pot,years of drinking coffee and u can tell fresh from burnt or watered down coffee,they can start by always haveing fresh coffee
55 minutes to get just 4 pieces of chicken nuggets too slow never been to a McDonald’s that’s slow never again
Horrible customer service . Placed a mobile order for CURBSIDE pickup and was told to get off and was handed the cups to fill on my own .manager “ Tiffany” was extremely rude yelling and pointing causing a scene amongst customers stating it was our fault for getting off and that we were just complaining ! Contradict herself saying we were never told to get off then stating she didn’t know why the gentleman asked for us to get off !!! Very unprofessional! Stated next time to call ahead which I did hours before ! And wasn’t given my order 30 min after order being placed !!!! She placed me on hold for general manager and just never picked up ! I called back and was told general manager wasn’t there . This isn’t the first time that manager is rude !
Worst customer service experience. Employees definitely need a lil more training.

So I came to this mcdonalds at around 11:10pm, because I just got out of work and I wanted to get my family something. I had asked the guy on the drive thru if I could have 5 hot chocolates, and the guy at first had said yes. I then hear him talking to his manager if he should sell it to us or not, I then hear the manager say no through the mic. The guy then proceeds to say they don't have some at the moment. I honestly felt so much anger hearing that come from a manager. Why did the guy have to ask his manager when he could've just sold them to me in the first place..I decide to go around the store to see what's going on thru the windows, and I see them on their phones laughing, playing, and eating. NEVER AGAIN am I coming here.
I like this McDonald's I always walking for my order they are always friendly and fast
