Drive thru was faster than expected but perhaps the fact I got an extra crispy, tough-to-bite-into sandwich contributed to that. I've worked fast food before. I'm guessing they gave a sandwich that had been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. I need to be remember to check my food before driving off. SMH. (I trusted the arches. Pfft, oh well.)
Before 10:30, there are cars wrapped around the entire restaurant. I got upset because the staff lets cars park more than 9 feet apart, holding the line from ordering, paying, etc. I was so upset, and I told the cashier, the next thing you know the manager comes up yelling and screaming at me. I owe I’ll just stick to my old McDonald’s by my own house
55 minutes to get just 4 pieces of chicken nuggets too slow never been to a McDonald’s that’s slow never again
I wouldn't go there again.....the service was terrible..a waste of my money.
I hate McDonald's super small burgers at super expensive prices.
It must be the fast pace but the last two times I visited in a week attitudes were not good. Maybe they need to have one of their happy meals, smile and give us a good experience. Even the youngmanager seemed upset you should also update your dine in hours. It is not my fault that I walk in 15 minutes before 10 when your app and Google location times say you close at 11pm then you are upset that we walk in the dinning area.
Sometimes during rush hours food is not well cooked or presentation is very bad. But im still loving it.
Garbage service and have the AUDACITY to fill a 10th of a small cup with ice cream and a few drops of hot fudge and call it a sundae and charge full price. Staff having full blown yelling matches in the drive thru window. This location is pathetic!
If zero was an option… They advertise holiday pies & claim they have absolutely no pie whatsoever. Also why have a 2nd drive thru intercom if you say hello and they don’t answer until they decide to answer.
Buy a happy thrue the app and just pick up on the drive thru it wasn't busy at all so fast and great service just the food it was a little cold
