Manager named Carlos was very un-accommodating, and rude. Had the cashier running back and forth with questions. Didn’t even try to talk to me and answer my questions. Very poor management skills from his part but what do you expect from a young adult with probably no professional kills or experience.
Love this McDonald's!!! The food is always fresh and service is really nice and fast. They slay all day every day???
Just ordered and the food was completely stale, I could feel how hard the chicken was simply by holding my burger. Fries were stale and cold. I asked for pickles on some mchickens and they added ONE pickle to each only. Order taker was rushing me and didn’t value service. Person who handed me my food didn’t even acknowledge me at all, just gave me the food and shut the glass door with no word and I didn’t even get the chance to ask for any condiments or anything.
Well just can't believe that no one at McDonald's knows how to use the app. I have alot of points so when I want to use the points to get food on the menu no one can help me out. Put they do say that I will loose my points if I don't use them but yet how can I if they don't tell me how. The good thing is they did give me my meal for free until they have an answer for me.
Ordered a a simple order big breakfast and one biscuit. Had to get off and explain the order was wrong and the order lady working drive thru was telling the day manager she didn’t make the order wrong it was on the receipt she did but to argue in front of customers not good. And she’s older she should know better. This location is always messing up orders last time I visit this location. Coffee was cold ..
My experience at this facility was just horrible.The lady that took mi order was extremely rude; in the manner she addressed me gives me the impression I probably was not the only customer she gave such horrible service.I get the fact that she might have been tired or frustrated but that's not an excuse to treat the customer that way, I can state this by experience, I got to work for McDonald's as a manager.I love McDonald's, the food is very good, just people like that do not have a place in great fast food restaurants such as McDonald's.
Good food, good service but it’s been multiple times that my Dr. Pepper taste nothing like Dr. Pepper
Place sucks not professional at all wanted to order like 8 minutes before I got attended to. They don't serve jalapeños this is the valley a lot of people like their jalapeños with food. Don't waste your time, left and went to chick FIL la instead.. now that's worth it plus they carry jalapenos!!! They are always full of people cause they are better!!!
There is always a line. And yet the wait usually isn't that long, and that's what makes this location a really good spot to get McDonald's.Took off one star because that specific location I get no cell phone service, and when you're in line, your phone helps pass that time while you wait. Also, ice cream machine is down a lot. But that's not the fault of the franchisee. It's a corporate problem. Until the cronyism is dealt with the ice cream machine vendor that cleans them gets addressed, it will always be a problem.
It was so horrible, long line ,too many orders backed up .So un organized. Management should know to have more workers on hand especially when it's the weekend!
