Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, always get my order wrong, always forget sauces I ask, only reason I come to this one is cause it’s closer to my house and gas is expensive. Other than that I’m not sure if it’s just the crew slackin or management but cmon y’all it’s fast food you don’t even have to interact with customers that much. Literally had to wait 10 mins for one mcchicken the other night while a bunch of cars behind me got their order don’t know if they legit forgot about me. Super triggering especially after a long day at work.
Very very very bad service, they have 8 cooks and 1 person in the front out of the 8 people in the back 4 were managers waited 15 minutes to be attended. Ordered 3 combos only got 2. We told the lady if they could clean the table she said we needed to wait because she was doing the register and she was also taking out the curbside orders at the same timeShe had no help from the othersWe were 3 people inside the restaurant so they had plenty of people to help her out plus the lady was in her 50’s My turtle walked faster than the lady overall I will never come to this place
No good they tell me to go to the next window and they keep me there for more than 15 minutes and my oder was 2 mcdoubles and mcchickens and 3 small orders of fries
Waited in long Saturday night drive thru line. Ordered baked apple pie. Finally got to window to pay. Was told they had no pies. Wasn't told that when I ordered.
They worked really fast, they were under pressure and a particular lady, she spoke Spanish, she was guiding and leading really well. I got my order faster than expected.
My go to spot for premium coffee. Woman at the window blew my order . No receipt. Guess she thought I would not complain. I did. Great Coffee, if you can get it. Horrible service.
I was disappointed on this visit. I ordered 20 fresh cooked and a large order of fries fresh cooked. Neither were fresh and the order of fries was 2/3rd filled. Just disappointed.
Sloppy big Mac, sweet tea, palatable nothing spectacular. Hot fries. Pretty fast...
I was a little disappointed. I went inside to order a meal with a friend and the girl at the register was having trouble charging me, finding the buttons she was looking for. I understand that, she may be knew. But they had no napkins outside. We told the staff and they would give us napkins. But in the whole hour we were there, no one came to the diner to clean any of the tables and no one came
They took forever for 3 orders of nuggets. Once at the window the girl didn't give me my drinks. When she did she didn't give me a cup holder. She didn't give me the fries for the combos. When I asked her about it she looked at the receipt and gave them to me individually... she couldn't even put them in a bag!!! When I asked for my bbq sauce ....she gave me 2.... for 40 nuggets. Like if they charged her for them!!!
