Cashier didn't greet, or smile, she wasn't motivated, but not rude. She looked as if she didn't want to be there. It could be that she was tired, but she was there. They took about 00.15 minutes to get my order, which was odd, for being McDonald's. The Manager finally noticed my order, when I heard her ask the employee if my egg Mcmuffin w/o cheesa was done. Which was not. Even the Manager herself was dragging.
55 minutes to get just 4 pieces of chicken nuggets too slow never been to a McDonald’s that’s slow never again
South 10th & north 10th street location is always friendly *** the one off old 83 manager is extremely rude! Lady at window is rude please train them to be nicer
I come to this location when I am on 10th Street going to or from work. Today I went after fasting blood work. I was starving and specifically chose McDonald's for the coffee. The curbside service was excellent. My coffee was prepared perfectly, and I love the McGriddles. So good! Thanks, for getting rid of my HANGRY!
The McDonald's on North 10th over by Harvey is not friendly. I was the only one in line and the cashier walks away to go wipe tables. The manager stops bagging meals and walks by me over the the one wiping table and instructs her to also clean bathroom. Never once the she extend the courtesy of saying "someone will be with in a moment". Very poor management, not friendly at all.
Is this place is ranned by some unprofessional people the managed niece is niece with her nonchalant ebonics ibonics and cocky attitude need to be replaced immediately along with the store clerk laugh at an American female who has a very very nonchalant attitude and customer service is not fulfilled she does not beat it to be in a position that requires customer service I waited for 3 hours there and a pecking order of being the 1st person after being there they did all everybody's car 1st but mine lasts and I was the 1st one there from 4 o'clock and didn't get out to 8 o'clock Walmart get your get your stuff together
Likes move at a decent speed but it seems they don't give ketchup when you order fries. So remember to ask or make sure you have some at home.
Only gave me half my order. Had to sit at the window waving to get the girls attention. My sweet tea was super watered down. My shakes was warm and not even the right flavor. Fries were half empty and the ingredients to my burger were mostly in the box.Always does a bad job with meals here.
I order two fries they give me only one order fries they are not doing there job
They really need to get it together in this place cause every single time i come they never have ice cream or frappes or smoothies or shakes like why advertise something you don’t have & they fail to put a sign at least for us not to waste time waiting in line & for them not to have what we came for!!!!!!
