Worst Mcdonalds of all, I live close by so I go there but its always a problem. They always mess up the order and when you tell them they have a horrible attitude, tonight it took them a while to come up to me and ask me what I needed even though there was no other customers. A total of 3 employees looked at me without acknowledging me and turned away. Manager was walking by, she looked up and walked away. When the lady finally asks me I tell I placed a mobile order under my name and instead of picking it up drive thru I was picking it up inside. I go outside to my car to wait, I go back in 20 MINUTES LATER and my order is still not ready because she didn't ring it in. She went to work drive thru and didn't even say anything, so now I wait 10 more minutes. Their attitude is HORRIBLE, im sorry but if they dislike working there they should look for something else, because everytime I go they manage to send me in a bad mood.
Ordered 4 orders of 10 piece nuggets with a McDouble cheeseburger and at first they handed me 1 order of nuggets and 1 double cheeseburger with 3 fries but when I asked about my other missing orders they handed me 2 leaving one out. I understand that it was a rush but you always double check the order before your sending it out to the customer. On top of that manager/team leader was rude.
So I originally would've put 1 Star due to the fact that they close at 10pm now and had no notice anywhere even when google says 24hrs. I wasn't able to pickup my Curbside order that night but thankfully went back a few days later and Juan, i believe was the supervisors name, was great he apologized for the inconvenience and honored my entire order that was not given to me that night. If it weren't for staff like him I would've definitely taken my business elsewhere.
Saying something is old is not a good excuse the place could be cleaner.. The manager was nice the server was just kind of not in the now if you know what I mean. On the manager side he can only work with the tools given to him by the owner. He was friendly and continues to do a good job with what he has. I'm assuming maintenance is controlled by the dollars of the franchisee. Screwed up a simple order. Bathrooms need attention simple maintenance would resolve it simply no excuse will not be stopping at this McDonald's again
55 minutes to get just 4 pieces of chicken nuggets too slow never been to a McDonald’s that’s slow never again
I visit this location regularly because the employees are friendly. However, you NEED to pay attention to the prices. They like to upcharge prices higher than posted prices. Today, I ordered what normally is $3.79 and they tried to say it was now $9.79. I wonder how many people just pay $$$ and don't pay attention? Just be an alert consumer and you will be ok.
Drive-thru was so long I had to back up and park in space and go inside and I was out in 3 minutes in the same car that was in front of me was I hadn't even got up to the drive-thru window I waved at him as I was pulling off with my food
I work close by and usually go to this McDonald's.. and yet literally every single time I order the fries are uneat-able.
Waited over an hour for my curbside order, they never brought it out. Marked on the app that they did bring out out. Do not want to refund nor replace the order.
Ordered a kids meal of four piece nuggets and when I opened it there was nothing but sauce no nuggets in it really bad serves never again will I stop to buy anything there ????
