Chicken nuggets were average, fries were hot this time and perfectly salted.
We wish they had curbside available, but understand staffing issues are a concern.Most of our order wasn't fulfilled because their ice cream machines weren't working. Other McDonald's typically don't allow you to order these items from the menu.I quickly updated the order on the app, but they wound up charging me twice.The food I did receive was great, but personnel needs to be better trained regarding keeping the app updated regarding the menu when they are short on items and regarding charging the customer correctly.I gave them 5 stars because these are human errors and training issues and not a reflection on the service at the window nor the taste of the food.
Used the drive thrutoday. It was a long line but the service was fast. Good job

I Always get the Qtr. Pounder or dble qtr ponder with cheese, always made when you order, Always Hot, always fresh.just too bad they don't sell jalapeños at this McDonald's anymore

Tables are dirty, order not complete, no straws, spilled pop on floor. Sorry McDonalds, s. 10th St. loc., ....never saw it so dirty til lately.
Good I guess.... was for my daughter, she didn't complain. Young lady at the drive through window was somewhat of a smarta$$ and order was totally wrong but that is to be expectes... no?
Such great customer service here and they got everuthing right in my order! Not like other McDonald's I have been to. My new favorite restaurant in McAllen!!! 5 stars. Friendly staff whoever manages this place..great work. You all are rockstars!!!! *****
