Love the mostachon but they always have old ones that have already fallen.I think they are like a souffle. So it's natural for them to fall however with the volume they sell it should should not be common .Cake is just ok . Not something to rave about.But it's one of the few places in the valley to get this cake on a moments notice. It might offend the owners but this is an honest review. Spend about $40 for 10 inch.
We have bought cakes at Gaby’s for years now, for our special occasions. A couple days ago, we stopped to purchase a couple medium size cakes, Oreo and Hershey to be exact. It was surprisingly to see that the strawberry on the mostachón Cake were rotten and the cake had mold. Also, The young lady there did not know how to explain what each cake was, which I understand she may have been a new employee but she could of easily asked for assistance from the personnel in the back. We still purchased two cakes and when we got home the bead did not taste normal and the frosting also tasted old. Not sure what happens if they changed management or simply they stopped caring for their services and products. Unfortunately they have lost a client.
Stopped in to pick out an individual cake to celebrate Daddy's first birthday in Heaven. Daddy loved Snickers, so the little individual Snickers cake was perfect for the occasion. I got to celebrate Daddy without a bunch of left-overs. It was my first time there. It was cute and clean. The gentleman working was also knowledgeable and very polite. Happy birthday, Daddy!
The sweets here are so amazing and did not last even one day on my household. Lol will go back again.
This is the 2nd time I've bought a mostachon from Gaby's and both were old and stale. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because Sucree and Kaseys sweets were closed on Monday, but never again.

This was the worse cake I’ve ever tasted ..So disappointed!!! I bought the “tres leches” and it was dried.. and it tasted horrible ?☹️ ! Never again!!! Will I buy from this place. I’m sorry ? but that’s the way I feel!!!

Delicious cakes. Customer service is usually great, but on 1/8/21 after 3 pm, I wanted some info on some cakes and the female told me to look at the menu as if she didn’t want to explain to me. No one else was inside for her not to be able to answer my questions. I tried to make conversation with her, but I guess not all people are friendly.
The Chocolate Ferrero cake is delicious and the price is very affordable. Very good Service.
