It was slow to be seated or even be acknowledged even thought it was very slow afternoon around 3pm. The hostess or whoever showed us to our table had seen us at least twice waiting. She eventually got us a table right by the kitchen and when asked if we could be relocated, by that I mean she walked away as my daughter was speaking to her, eyes rolling and all, as she walked away, so my daughter calls her back politely and we get a booth closer to where everyone else was sitting. The waiter was very polite and knowledgeable as well as friendly and patient. He made suggestions and answered our questions graciously. The food came out promptly, and was very good. We each had the NY strip with our individual sides, and a shared strawberry shortcake. Everything was cooked to order and seasoned to perfection except for the mashed potatoes my kiddo ordered. They tasted like instant mashed potatoes that not even the scallions, sour cream, and cheese could make taste better. The dessert was very good as well. Hopefully the hostess was just having a bad moment and this is not the norm. Other than that a good experience and would highly recommend.

My husband and I had a very pleasant dining experience here on a busy Saturday night. Our waitress, Hailey, was very polite and attentive. She was at our table within a minute or two of us being seated. She was quick to take our order, bring our drinks, and head back for our salads and appetizer. She checked back often, offering to refill our drinks, clear dishes, and check on how we were doing. From start to finish, Hailey was polite and always had a smile. Thank you, Hailey, for making our dining experience more enjoyable.

While traveling we wanted to try something different, 15min Wait at 7pm on a Fri Night. Great Staff, fast service, properly cooked Steaks. Love the seasoning, Fairly priced. Definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Thankfully if you've been to one longhorn, you've been to them all. The food is consistent, the decorations are the same, the bathroom is even in the same place in every one I've been in. This experience was the same as all the rest. The food was good. The service was good, although the server did try and take our food order before our drinks arrived. We let her know we weren't in a hurry and everything was great.

I ordered the USDA Prime Delmonico with Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. The food was amazing and done right. Our waiter did a great job!

Should have guessed by the half empty parking lot when every other restaurant nearby had a wait. I was told there was a 25 minute wait, but the place was half empty. OK, maybe a staffing issue, no biggie. So I sat at the bar. The entire bar was filthy and I waited for a hostess to clean me a spot. There were only three other people sat there, but between us there were dirty dishes, napkins, glasses on the bar. All there when I was seated, all STILL there when I left. At one point a “manager?” actually used his arm to slide the pile down the bar to seat another guest. No one lifted a finger to clear anything or wipe down the bar, the whole time I sat there. Right away I was put off by the sour smell from behind the bar. As I waited (not long) I was looking around noticing the state of things. Everything, dirty, neglected. A stemware rack built into the back bar, with no stemware. 10 or so taps, only two working. A dirty mirror hanging over the kitchen entrance. Filthy windows on the back kitchen doors. Dirty floors, dirty drink rail. The bottle risers are so filthy it’s a wonder the bottles even look illuminated. It’s obvious this place has not been properly cleaned in a very long time. Having said all that, I was pleasantly surprised that the food was quite good. Steak was cooked perfectly, shrimp were salty but good. I’m just praying the kitchen was a hell of a lot cleaner than the bar. I won’t be back to find out.

For being Valentine's Day we waited 1 hr. which wasn't to bad. Our waitress was friendly and made sure we well taken care of. I want to thank the chef for an amazing juicy and tender longhorn steak. It left my mouth watery. The strawberry and pecan salad was delicious. If anyone is like me who doesn't like salads you should try it. The combination of the pecan and fruit with the the raspberry vinaigrette makes it delicious. We also had the white cheddar stuff mushrooms and it was yummy?. I'm sure coming back.

The Delmonico is worth every bit of praise it gets. This is the only reason I visited and will be the sole reason I return. If you come for anything else you’re probably making a mistake. Medium rare was perfectly cooked. Marbling throughout reminded me of a juicy slab of Texas brisket. Not 5 stars as the service was lacking. I asked for more butter which was completely forgotten about and was checked on maybe once during my meal. Baked potato needed more sour cream as well.

Expecting were high. Just looking for a nice place to have dinner and conversation with my wife. When we got inside my wife was seated and I went to the bathroom. When I got back we had two waters at the table. Waiter never asked me what I wanted to drink. We ordered our meals. They were prompt and delivered to our table. Oops they forgot our salad. So with our food sitting there they brought us our salads. By the time we got to the main course...meals are cold. It seems as though the employees feel they are working a job and not creating a pleasant experience for us their customer. Focus less on completing the task at hand and more about us feeling welcome and wanted. We will keep looking for our winter Texas home for a Great Steak experience.

A few weeks ago we were in and an expensive rib eye that I ordered medium came out extremely rare. I can eat rare, but there was so much sinew I left more scrap on my plate than I was able to eat. Tonight we tried again, and my $26 t-bone, that I ordered medium, came out almost raw. The sinew was so tough I could hardly cut it. For the first time ever, I just sent it back, leaving my meal to be only a salad. Worst of all, we had a trainee server as well as an experienced waitress. Although they removed my meal from the check, neither one even apologized that my steak was inedible. After two strikes, I’m not sure they deserve a third.
