visited this place today and it was not what I expected at all we spent 108 dollars and gave the waitress a 23 dollar tip, she was a good waitress you cant deny she gave good service to her customers , but they served us 1 piece of bread for a 3 types of meat platter, we asked for more and she brought us more, I then ordered a to go order and they literally pulled out the onions to divide the onions and pickles to put a sandwich in a separate bag! they looked so petty, another thing there brisket was not good at all and the fajita beef was no where near what it use to be when I visited 4 years ago, the pulled pork was good , overall I would not recommend to a friend or family member nor will I ever return, thank you
Amazing bbq. The homemade buns are buttery and sweet, their fries seems to be cut fresh, and they have a one of a kind sauce. I have never been disappointed. I enjoy their chopped brisket sandwich and their potato.
Friends took us there and it was very good. It was a Friday night but wasn't crowded. I got the catfish and ended up taking some home. Enjoyed the atmosphere there and the service.
We had the brisket, baby back ribs and the Darell sub...everything was delicious.. and the peach cobbler w/icecream hit the spot...we will be back 4 sure.

Have been to this place several times. I have had their brisket sandwiches pretty much every time. You can't go wrong. The place has a nice ambiance and the service is fast. The only thing missing is some easy country music in the background. Parking is also a chore at times as the front has little space but you can always drive around to the back and park as they have a back entrance. Happy dinning.
Hands down, the best catfish in McAllen. Hot, fresh, delicious. The perfect amount of breading - not too much, not too light. When I get a catfish craving, this is the only place I go. I also like that they took the time to invest in separators between booths because of COVID. Not every restaurant cares that much. The service is always great here.
Meat was good, portions are small, coleslaw was great, didn't care for the mustard potato salad, service was great.
Pulled pork was good but not very warm. Waitress was very accommodating & nice. Thank you!!
