Don’t mean to be a Karen but customer service here is a joke. Decided to go inside “since they had a long line” and the cashier doesn’t even say hi or acknowledge the fact that I had just stepped in. Anyways I order an extra most bestest “and pay for it” only to get a hot and ready. Whatt?!! You think people can’t tell the difference? It was cold and hard couldn’t even chew. This is ridiculous. That place is ran by a bunch of high school kids who have no clue what they’re doing. Frozen pizza tastes better that’s all I gotta say.
i really like this place. it get really packed though which sucks, don’t know why people complain about them wearing gloves when have you ever seen a pizza place that has workers wearing gloves. the customers that go in are so rude if you’re so impatient make a pizza at home. if you’re gonna take 30 minutes to pick up your online orders don’t complain if they don’t have it anymore and they have to remake it no one wants an old pizza. good staff though bunch of kids but pretty good
The level of incompetence here is mind blowing, have dealt with this location for 4 years and half the time something goes wrong unless you just drive through for a hot and ready. Finally had it today when I placed an order with what sounded like a kid, he took my order but I wasn’t able to pay over the phone. My wife shows up 30 minutes later to pick up and they didn’t even put the order through so we had to go to domino’s and order since it seems they can’t handle taking an order and making a pizza.
This Little Caesars can struggle to keep up sometimes. I once waited almost an hour past the time my pizza was supposed to be ready. There was a frazzled manager who gave me the pizza and apologized for the delay. Said he had to rush over from another store. Gave me some free food to make up for it. I was happy to see him try to make some amends for the poor experience.
Pulled up to the drive thru, waited 8 min to order, then pulled up to the window and tried paying with a $100… apparently I had too much money to spend there. So I went to the gas station near it to get change and went right back to get my order. Didn’t want to wait the long drive thru line again so I went inside. They then told me they don’t take orders inside and asked for me to wait in the drive through line again, even though my pizzas were ready. So I left and decided to waste my time writing this review to make myself feel slightly better (:
I have never ever written a bad comment on any place but this specific pizza place was a nightmare. Workers just horrible mood and I even got my order wrong. We placed order in ahead with no sause and I told them it was wrong that it had sauce and the guy tried to straight up lie to my face it had no sauce so I showed him it was like extra sauce and he got even more rude claiming it wasnt his fault. The other pizza was thin and crispy well it looked like the crust was the pizza and the pizza the crust just nasty. Not to mention the other pizza was horrible looking and hard as a rock. Not even my dogs would eat it. Just very sad how some employees dont care about the business.
Worst place always have a big wait line and wanted to make my order inside because they dont carry the pizza i order and would have to wait al over again just to place the order and they never pick up the phone!
Worst pizza yet. All one star reviews says something. No sauce and watching bread stick guy taking 20 minutes to make one pan instead of making decent pizzas makes this location a big one and done!!! Don't answer phones either so not driving back!!!
Was there waiting for 5 minutes' didn't receive a acknowledgement or a hi or we will be there shortly. To top it off they dont even use gloves. Yuckk
Horrible service!!!!They always take forever. Employees are very rude. And its been twice that i get a pizza that its not even cooked completely.
