They Never have the $5 classic hot n ready! With such a long wait in the drive thru line I would expect employees to serve a customer what they asked for ; fresh and not upsold. They are trained to upsell the extra most which takes to exact same time to make just as the classic hot n ready! Very poor management. Please enforce better training throughout the team. Step up your bussy

Need better employees so after waiting 30 minutes for my order .A worker comes out and trys to give me a wrong order , then he admitted he gave my order to another person!?!? Then he tells me the best thing he can do is put in order again and I'd have to wait again ridiculous. So I ask for a refund and get hassled and told it will take up to 5 business days and if I still haven't received my money to contact my bank !?! Save yourself the headaches and rude service go elsewhere.

SCAM ALERT!!! I have been here a couple of times before and it NEVER FAILS! You ask for a hot n ready & they NEVER HAVE IT. "We only have the Extra Most Bestest aka=EMB". The difference is $5 ? to $6.49 ?Today no different...Ordered 2, proceed to window, gave my card and was told $14.05. B CUZ the EMB IS THE HOT N READY! WTH? Now your next question is Raph, " why r u ordering this abomination of sauce n cheese? I think we have ALL been guilty of Convenience n saving some dough ?.
Their pizzas are pretty good for the price, the extra most bestest are great.
They are good but sometimes they sale you the old ones so just tell them to get the fresh, alrighty then.
I was very disappointed with their service and to be honest the pizza is not even great it's just convenient. We went by the drive thru, placed our order and they told us we would have to wait 10 min. We ended up waiting 45 min hitting 50 because they gave part of our order to another customer. When my son checked again they just gave him the order didnt apologize for their delay. We didnt argue just went home and to top it off pizza was already cold. As long as we waited they couldn't just give us a hot pizza. Customer service and food was a 0 in my opinion . I dont think employees care about good customer service anymore.
