Great place to go eat with your family! Definitely would go again. Got the best service on my last visit despite them being understaffed they made us feel welcomed and the food was great! Would recommend the dessert, it was delicious.

Just walked out after 36 minutes and never having my order taken. I got the insulting impression that it was because my clothing was dirty and was assumed to not be of value. I only got this impression because the table in front of me and the table behind me were both seated after I was. They both received their food, and the table behind me was even paying, as I sat there unable to get eye contact from the waiter. I'm an engineer and I was a taking a quick lunch coming off the field. I have never felt so disrespted in my life. I love the other locations. But now I don't know if I'll ever go to any of them again.
Best experience the waiter was very nice and he explain very well . He made sure we were satisfied.. very clean.. good music.. good place to eat to be honest.. will come back for sure.
The food was good. I will consider ordering take out in the future though.It was a strange night of dining. There was only one waiter while there were two other employees in the dining area. One was sitting down and the one one (circled) just stood there all night. It was busy enough that it was a bit overwhelming for just one waiter even though he was moving fast and trying. However, we I needed something he did his best to get to it but just had too much to do.Not sure what the plan is here but kinda soured me to this place as it was my first visit. Again, the food was pretty good.
Had a good meal. Staff and GM were very friendly and helpful. I think this is one of the better ones around.
Came for a late lunch. Walked in and it was empty as in NO EMPLOYEES around. Sushi chef came out and told whatever server in the back that someone was here. It all went downhill from there. Ordered the spicy calamari as an app...there was literally TWELVE pieces and you pay $9. My man ordered warm sake and wanted just a cup; he was brought a large bottle and told they don't serve cups. On top of that the server was confused about "warm" sake. Sushi came and my order was fine. My boyfriend's order came messed up which I couldn't wrap my head around how the cooks can mess that up as there was NOONE there. The professionalism portrayed was atrocious. And that is because the manager was there...lol never coming to this location again.
Business was less than half occupancy, stood and waited to be seated for 15 mins. Assumed manager sat us and asked for drinks. They were out of drinks on menu and when other options showed up they were either flat or plain wrong. Group sat for another 15 mins and a waiter never came to serve.
The waiter with curly hair was somewhat rude to us. The food was delicious, but the treatment was not at all pleasant, I doubt to return to this place with people like that.
I’ve been dining at Kumori for years and I love coming to this location! Food came out quick, service was great, and was greeted and checked on by the female manager with tattoos on her arms!I won’t be going to palms crossing anymore!I will be back!
