We visited again and the servers consistently try to please, and the food is great. Our waiter actually remembered us and that is really nice. This is a really clean restaurant. As you can see from my pictures the presentation is clean and we really like the new decor. The drinks are also great and the staff does a great job of amending drinks per your request.
Waiter was wonderful. Great service from waiter. Dragon Sushi very tasteful and good presentation. Things to work on is sweeping floor and greetings when you first enter front door.
We normally eat at the Kumori off of Ridge Road but not anymore. We had a fabulous experience at this location. It's much more beautiful, clean, spacious and the service from Liana was phenomenal. Our food was delicious. Liana took such great care of us. When we want sushi, this is the location we will be visiting.
We stopped going to this location simply because of the service. Always chaos, never fully staffed and the manager is just horrible. We wanted to avoid him and his lack of assistance to ANYONE in the actual restaurant wanting service. We started going to the location on 10th and had the best service for about 2 visits. And of course, the same manager made his way to the 10th location and it’s gone completely down hill. He pays no attention to those in store and will leave MANY customers unattended. It’s just sad. We went in last Friday and the couple beside us had ordered online 30 mins prior to coming in and they sat there with no drinks or food. We waited 20 mins at our table with NO ONE including the MANAGER helping us. No drinks, no menus. No apologies for slow service. We got up and left. The manager clearly saw us standing to leave and again, did nothing and went back to staring at the screen of his precious to go orders. He's definitely not cut out to carry this position and that’s putting it lightly.Complete joke. Food is great, service has gone down tremendously with this guy in charge. Keep sending him to other locations and watch the customer service drop.
If I could give less than one star I would, service was absolutely horrible. I understand being busy, I work in customer service, but being busy does not excuse you from being incredibly rude. Food was good, that’s about it.
Hell idek what they fed me, but it tasted good and the staff were super professional.
Very unbelievable. Ordered through bite squad and they didn’t send sauces. They need to do an update for us to purchase them if they don’t want to add them as curtesy. I ordered the yakimeshi chicken, and they didn’t even add chicken to the rice. Very disappointed. I even told them to send utensils, since I’m at work, and they didn’t even do that. Well thanks for the terrible service.
Unused tables were all dirty. Everyone looked chaotic. Waited approximately 7-10 minutes before a server acknowledged us after we flagged him down to ask who was our assigned server. Everyone, including the cooks had their masks under their chins (not covering their nose and mouth). With all the chaos and disorganization one would think it was a weekend rush thing but we went on a Wednesday. The low rating is for the service, the food was good.
No service, was waiting for 15 minutes on the table nobody went to the table , another table came in and the serves approach them and he didn't even notice us, so I got up to talk to the manager and she just said they be right with you... she didn't even apologize
