Never going to have any type of catering order here, I am mad at the fact I did not get what I requested! I showed the girl a picture of my idea and she said “ok” then come to find out that no one knew about my catering order and were surprised when I called to check on it. The communication in that store lacks so much and the customer service goes down. I never order donuts but I did for my sons last day of school but didn’t get what I ordered. I asked for rainbow colors and only received 4 . As I’m waiting past the time I asked for it to be ready I see through their glass seeing pink colored donuts. I only got red,blue,green,yellow. I’ve seen the other other orders they’ve made and donuts other people I know have gotten and seen the types they promote and I’m highly disappointed that mine were basic and not what I ordered at all compared to the picture I had shown them originally.
You can never go wrong with Dunkin! I love their cute designs to celebrate a particular holiday. I could not resist getting the Easter-themed Minis.They were a variety of flavors, some with delicious cream filling. My favorite was the baby chick mini, with granulated sugar. I love pastries with extra texture!
Came in on 04/26/2022 and this dude wearing a mask behind the counter had a rude tone asking me "what do you want?". I asked him for hot glazed donut and he said the "lights were turned off" twice. After I raised my voice at him telling him I heard him, he calmed down but later had a sarcastic tone. I complained to the manager, a female, but she did not do anything about it.
Staff at McAllen Texas location is not very friendly. Krispy Kreme needs to bring back the maple donuts also. You take away the good stuff and leave the not so good to buy.
First time Kremer's. Cool experience and the doughnuts were awesome.

I placed an order online for 14 dozen donuts delivered to a business for an event. I scheduled it for 8 am, and it arrived right on time. So pleased with the freshness of the donuts and the products punctual arrival. It saved me time to go to the establishment and pick up then drop off the donuts at two different locations. Thank you for being convenient.
So we get there after working our way thru all the traffic, and we didn’t realize this but they do NOT have the maple glazed donuts anymore !! The girl at the counter was so nice and patient with us while we decided whether to get anything, the reason we went after waiting for about two years, was to get the maple donuts. We are very disappointed at the selection they do have, but we still got some donuts of course, but I didn’t even look at the donut while I ate it, I did enjoy the snowflake decorated donut.
The doughnuts are good but FFS when it comes to anything else they just mess it up the other day some woman wasn't respecting the 6ft apart rule we told her but she snapped back and the people working they're didn't do a thing and now they can't even get the coffee right sort it out guys!
