I have ordered from there 2 times but never eaten the food. It has actually been for other people. Tonight I ordered the grilled chicken club and a Philly steak sandwich to share. It was a carry out order so I didn’t get to check my items. When I got home I was very disappointed. The chilli fires that came with my order were missing cheese, the chilly looked old and my fires were cold and soggy. I live 7 minutes away from this Johnny rockets, I usually carry out any whereI go. The club sandwich was missing cheese, the tomatoes were disgusting and tasted like they were past their ripeness and the bread was not toasted and falling apart from the sauce. The Philly was dry had no onions and no provolone. I’m not sure if they were just out of cheese all together but none of my items had cheese. Considering I ordered items that traditionally have cheese in their recipes I at least expected a courtesy notice if they were not going to add it to the food. I paid extra for cheese fries. Overall very bad first eating experience. I ordered my food at 7:40 ish and the restaurant closes at 10pm. I do not think they did this because it was near closing time. It is always empty when I pass by, now I know why. The one good item was their shake, but they forgot to make it for me I had to remind them of it. I hope they were just having a bad day, but I will personally not go back there are many other places that make great sandwiches and shakes.
First time eating here.After a day of shopping at the outlets, my girls googled 50s style diners and this was the first one to show up.Really digging the whole 50s/60s vibe. They were really friendly too. Only down side, the booths were to small. I think they need to move to a bigger place. It's quite popular.
The presentation was good. The atmosphere was pleasant and the music was great and not too loud. Everything was building up to a grand slam...I can tell you that the onion rings were good. But the burger was flavorless except for the sweet relish. Yeah, it comes with relish. All in all $15.00 for a burger, onion rings, and a soda was too expensive for what it was. BUT, it was better than Five Guys!
There was a bug in my drink and the manager refused to give me a refund for my order, although the server was very nice. Unfortunately I will never see the lovely server again, I will never return.
Went to have lunch there because it's one of my son's favorite place to eat. Upon entering the place looks cozy and inviting. The decor is done in vibrant colors of red, white, & black. Bad thing is the place felt hot inside. I asked the server and she stated it was because it's a small diner and the grill is located in the front of the house...We decided to order the bacon, cheddar fries as an appetizer, the bacon cheddar burger, and the Original cheeseburger. We were served our beverages and waited on our appetizer. After a while on waiting for the appetizer I decided to ask a worker if he had any idea on our appetizer. He apologized for the mistake and said the manager would be coming around to speak to us, which he never did. Our server really never came around to refill our drinks or check up on how we were doing. And she took the longest time to give us our ticket, even though we asked her three times for it. The only good thing about this experience was the food. Everything was full of flavor.
It was good the food is fresh and warm and the milkshakes are super good and sweet. The environment is phenomenal
This evening, the staff was doing and amazing job. Unfortunately, the manger on the other hand needs an attitude change as well as, some knowledge on how to treat employees. He needs to be retiring or fired.
I left because of the smell. It was dirty and stinks.

Great service from the employees and fast service with even tho it was only two people working and food was delicious
