We came to this diner for breakfast based on all the reviews. Don’t get me wrong all the food was spot on. The waitress never came to refill our drinks or check on us. She was checking all her other tables but we had to stop her to ask her for everything. We are good tippers and we were very disappointed in our service. Food was fantastic though.
I sat for 10 minutes before a server decided to inform me that they had only 3 people serving. That said, they were not busy enough to ignore clientele. The kitchen staff were fumbling over themselves. One server was scratching her head IN THE KITCHEN! Blown away..... What has happened to that restaurant?!?!? They've lost their touch it seems....
Thoroughly enjoyed this location for years the service is prompt and the restaurant is clean. I really wish they had not dropped the Big Jim Omlet from their menu. My wife and I have enjoyed the atmosphere and people. Thank you for doing a great job.
Throw the whole restaurant away. The food is mediocre & tasteless, you can make it better yourself at home and with better ingredients, also the staff is impatient and can't handle a busy shift.The manager Nadia was ridiculous too, I called because something was missing from my order and instead of apologizing and trying to rectifying the situation, she argued how she had been the one to make sure the orders were correct, when clearly she hadn't. There are a ton of restaurants in Mcallen go to any of those.
This place was really good and people were nice and clean the children enjoy there self and they are hard to please the kids meals was a nice size and husband still talking about the omelette we will come back soon the only problem they website points didn’t work to save points but it was ok still good

The keto bowl is the bomb here!! Presentation was beautiful, fresh greens, the over easy eggs to top it off was AMAZING!! Compliments to the chef and his crew. Keep up the great work chef, OPA!!

Everything was great. The reason for the 4 star is because l didn't get how l ordered my breakfast even though the server insisted. Food and service was great. I loved the house hot sauce, delicious. I would definitely go back.
