Restrooms are located towards the back right hand side. Women's restroom is straight down the hall. It is always clean and fully stocked. I believe it has 3 stalls. The atmosphere is nice and not to quiet or to loud. I usually go around the evening and there is not that many people.The restaurant is always clean and they are keeping up with the salad bar by cleaning and restocking the items. The sandwiches are always delicious. I recommend the deli club but they have so many delicious items to choose from. Everyone there is friendly. I recommend this place for a nice relaxing atmosphere.
I live in Houston and have been to many Jason’s Deli, including in Dallas and Beaumont. Today I was visiting McAllen and was very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness and attention to the detail at this location. I can’t tell you how many times I order the salad bar only to find it mostly empty and picked over. Today, even though it was past 1 pm, the salad bar was full as if it was grand opening day. The ladies working it were simply outstanding!
Usually have no issues with Jason's but today the salad they served had chicken that was so dry it was not edible. Instead of pieces the chicken was shredded.
I ordered using door dash and received a salad that had a spoiled tomato. Salad looked like a left over or returned salad, and had pieces of pasta in it. Have never had any quality issues with Jason's deli before until today.
I ordered 1/2 of a sandwich and got a quarter of the sandwich. Called to get credit for it and they couldn’t do so because they had to see the sandwich in person….!!!!!!! So I had to drive all the way back there to present the half half sandwich they made. Wasting time…
The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, the staff were attentive and helpful and the prices were good. We will definitely be back.
Service and food are always great,One employee made a little small error but Frank the manager took care of it and made everything super again great job
Ordered curbside. Was told I had to go inside to get ice cream. They have always placed ice cream in a container before. What’s the point of curbside if I still have to go inside.
