The customer service was excellent and the food is always hot and fresh. Never cold . And always fast .
Cold sandwich ordered a #21 it was lukewarm. Cheese wasn't melted bacon extremely hard and cold. Called the store no one answered. I waited after I paid for a receipt the service staff never came back to the window. $7.48? For a cold breakfast sandwich not worth it.
Food was hot, restaurant was clean, some tables needed to be cleaned...we did go at 7PM(they closed at 8PM for Christmas) so it was busy on Christmas eve which accounts for some unwashed tables. Not a big deal considering how busy they were. Enjoyable even so. Good workers and polite service

This place has awsome movitated staff. Super kind and smiling all the time. Fast service and i have to say i love the chocolate cakes. Its a must try.
Worst service ever. Terrible customer service cashier rolled eyes at me and slammed the window on me. I get to jack in the box and they needed more time to take my order. Okay no problem I will patiently wait 10 minutes later my order is placed. i arrive at the cashier and pay for my items then i politely ask for extra tomato's and onions on the side for my jumbo jack mind u i waited an additional 15 minutes for the cashier to take my payment and open the window. Cashier rolled her eyes upset and slammed the window . When I arrive home i see two slices of tomato and a handful of ugly onions on the side.however there were no tomato on my jumbo jack at all and I requested extra tomato on it. Its so upsetting that i patiently and politely treated them and I was no treated in the same way. Never going back.
Really sad to see the condition this Jack in the box is being run in. I use to work at this location as a teen. Just received the worst service. Grizzly Adams had a horrible attitude even taking my order through drive through. Horrible attitude getting my food and took over 30 mins. Got home and my pita wasn’t even cooked. They shoved cold chicken into a molded peta bread with way to much lettuce and called it food. Absolutely discussing. Funny how yogi bear changed his attitude once manager showed up though.
THERE WAS A HAIR IN OUR FOOD, I FED MY TODDLER THIS TRASH. Disappointing

8-17-21 when I ordered a new tripple meat, tripple cheese BBQ bacon cheese burger i got 2 meat paddies. This wasn't the only problem.They offered the burger that came with onion rings. They stated they don't have onions available. I kept asking for e minutes would it be discounted if they didn't have the onions available. Finally after 3 minutes they said onion rings are available.Terrible service. Didnt asd the right amount of meats, couldn't answer questions. After pay they want people to move forward so they can get a good timer on their machine that I will voucher for, is incorrect. They want people moving off the line to fake their progress.
