I want to love the food, but I get really sick from the food at Jack in the Box. As in, I get food poisoning. I remember Jack in the Box had a bad rap for this awhile back and I guess nothing has changed because this only happens at Jack in the Box. Too bad, because I really want to like their food but my stomach is in agony as I write this and I'm about to puke.
Terrible service. My husband and I went through the drive thru and nobody was answering us so we drove to the window and saw a worker on her phone not paying any attention to us. Then this other worker comes to the window to tell us that the computers are down so we drove home. We ordered through doordash and saw that it was coming from the same restaurant we were at. So that just tells me that the workers didn't want to assist us. Also we were missing two items from our order.
Supposedly they close at 1 in the morning yet they close around 12 every day , it’s a constant issue with the worker(s)
ordered food online, when we get there to pick up food wasnt ready, manager asked cook if the he had done the food and he said no and said he didnt have time to do it while we were standing there waiting for the order
We love the breakfast. My son ordered the loaded sandwich with all the meats and he loved it. I have also noticed that this location actually reads and responds to our comments. I think that is great, not too many businesses care enough to do that. Wishing you all the success!
Excellent breakfast every time! Love #21 and #22! Little more $ than McDonald's which is across the street. Just can't compare the experience. Try it!
Stopped by at 12am and they close at 1am and they told us they were closed even though we saw they were open. Just freaking ridiculous
Late night Tacos never disappoint.
It look so unorganized, management was unshaven out of uniform, my daughter ask for the new tacos, and they were out. I ask for a ice tea, they didn't put ice, order jalapeños poppers, again they were out. Had to settle for a combo, but the curly fries were old and dry. Will never go back
Quiet. Able to converse & eat. My burger had too much Mayo & the lettuce kept sliding off.
