I didn’t get my 2 orders of tacos. It said it on the screen, the freaking screen. If you are looking to get a grub say Whataburger it’s down the street.
Never again will i come to this locación they say they close at 12 i get there and cashier were close , dont advertise an hour if you arent gonna respect it

Enjoyed the sourdough jack combo at this place, add some avocado and this is a great stable.
The staff was very friendly and accommodated all the requests. the food is good as in all jacks. This location has the advantage of outdoor tables (a plus in COVID times)
Loaded breakfast was hot and delicious. Great service and friendly staff.
1st cashier was kind when ordering.1. Place is very dirty2. WC is dirty and needs ventilation.3. People clean their sweat in their pants with their gloves on , same that they use to cook.4. Requested money back after wrong order in one burger which they did give back the money but I did not want to mention.5. Lighting is dimmed , needs to have more lighting unless if this is a theme for every jack in the box?6. Ketchups had spilled liquids in the tray.7. For those people that still feel uncomfortable being served food from people without face masks . I don't recommend you go to this place.Hope this review help getting the service better, clean schedule and maybe maintenance up to date .
The cashier was nice. But the food was not good everything was cool the Hamburgers and the fries were ?. Sorry but you need to put a little more effort and time on making your food.
They got great food and the people are helpful and friendly
