I use to love going to this Jack in the Box until today. It is posted online that they close at 12a.m. but I showed up at 11:40p and was told that they weren't going to take my order because they were going to close already in 20 minutes. Good thing there was a McDonald's across the street that will take my order 10 minutes before they close.This was actually at the 3701 Pecan location, I looked up the wrong address.
I had a bad experience yesterday afternoon and within minutes of posting my review, the owner replied and promptly addressed the issue. The response was excellent and very professional. The manager I dealt with, Hector, was also very helpful and nice. They replaced my order and everything was phenomenal and very fresh. I really appreciate your very prompt and courteous reply.

Everytime I come to this jack in the box they have outstanding service, great speed with food while also making all the proper preparations. I'm especially fond of night crew. I come here semi regularly now because of how welcoming and presentable the employees are. They all deserve raises!!! Thank you sm for being a great night crew and crew!
Quick clean good service a bit pricey
Girl working gave the wrong burger. Got some breakfast sandwich instead of my burger. She didnt even know whay she was giving me when she repeated my order
The hamburger was so small! The value of the food doesn’t match with the price. Never coming again.

Wife and I love the egg rolls. Picked up an order to snack on. I also enjoy Spicy chicken sandwich, Sourdough Jack sandwich. Friendly staff.
