Went in today April 10th. Omg what an awful experience I definitely feel like my s.o. and I were purposely treated terrible. There was literally 3 small groups of people dining in the restaurant and we were ignored the entire time. My food was completely wrong and when I asked for the correct item the waiter brought me out cold sausage like it was taken out of the freezer rolled on the grill for a minute and put on a plate cold, I had also ordered a small stack of pancakes and they never arrived when I asked for them he bought me out the most unappealing stack opancakes with no butter on them. The only reason I say I feel like it was intentional was because the couple infront of us also ordered a small stack of pancakes and theirs came out perfect butter and all. Then we sat there waiting for the bill and this waiter was nowhere to be found, but he did drop the bill off at the other table but skipped us never went back to check on us and. It's not like he couldn't he checked on the other table so it's not like he wasn't around. Anyway terrible experience Ii get it work can he stressing but this was just rude.
The waitress Sayanne is literally the worst. Get rid of her! She doesnt refill your drinks and she literally sat at the opposite end of the restaurant on her phone. I had to get up and refill my drink myself. I payed for bottomless drink i expect my drink to be refilled. Both my wife and I were parched! Worst experience ever! I like it better when the senior waitor is there. He always refills my drinks and is always attentive.
Oh man, what a great place for some great breakfast. Making it through the front doors, it was pretty busy and I thought the wait time was going to be long but, to my surprise, it was about a 10 minute wait. The staff is hard at work, we were greeted upon entry so I took that opportunity to take some pictures for you all. We were finally seated, our server was amazing, he greeted us, took our drink orders, and within a few minutes it was back at the table with our beverages. From the pictures you will see what we ordered and that came back to us hot and delicious. All the food was so savory, colorful, and made you want seconds. All the other families that were there in the morning, seemed very happy with their food, smiles on their faces, and the staff was super professional and they were all working together to bring us our meals. This was our first time visiting this facility. It was kind of busy when we arrived but I noticed there was plenty of staff available working. We decided to order the Breakfast Sampler which came with choice of two eggs, two bacon strips, two sausage links, two hams, hashbrowns, and two buttermilk pancakes. We also ordered two Quick two Egg Breakfast, which came with choice of two eggs, two bacon straps, two sausage links, hashbrown, and toast. Our server was pretty quick at taking our order but a little slow when it came to refilling our drinks or bringing condiments to the table. At one point when refilling my coffee he forgot to take the pot of coffee with him and left it at the table. Or maybe that is how it is now done at the restaurant. No complain on the food. Everything was hot ? and delicious
My first time at this IHOP. It was my better half's chance to make breakfast and she didn't actually have anything to fix at her place, and on second thought of going to the store then, at that point, back home and cooking, I recommended that we ought to simply go out for breakfast. The food was great! She requested the sirloin tips breakfast and I had a plate that accompanied bacon, frankfurter, ham, fried eggs, hashbrowns, and flapjacks. Sorry with regards to the two photographs. I made sure to snap a photo after we began eating.
Thw other Ihops like in pharr and donna are better. Food was good but the staff was really unprofessional and loud. My server kept speaking with the cook that was behind the kitchen therefore talking super loud about their girlfriends and their wifes. I'm not one to be uptight I understand they all have a life and stuff but just seemed like too much. The server was acting as if tho we were his friends not his customers.
Had a great experience Sunday morning with a very awesome waiter that provided happy vibes and kept ensuring we had everything we needed. Didn't get his name but thank you!
Excellent service and great place to have a meal with your grandson. Very attentive waiter. Came to the table serveral times to ask if everything was ok.

My family and 1 ate here after the Christmas Holiday Parade and never again will we set foot here. We ordered burgers and that itself was over a half hour wait and for all of them to be cold. The patties were cold and bland. We didn't want to complain since we were all tired and just ate, but the table near us did complain after their long wait. Our server was very attentive and the woman who checked us in had great customer service as well. I'm giving this place a one star because after we got home, a couple hours later, we didn't feel good at all. Bad cooks...
