Waited for about 45 minutes for food and when we got it it was disgusting the chicken tasted old and everything was greasy and not made well. Didnt even eat the food and I complained to the owner and she said that the food was good that everyone likes it and we have to pay everything that it's not her problem that we didn't like the food. Horrible horrible customer service. This is possibly the worst experience I've had in a restaurant ever.
I really enjoy the dark lighting interior. It makes it feel more comfortable, at least to me. Their food is great. Portion sizes are big on their specials and specialties. A bit pricey but very much worth it!
I usually order boba from here and get the Thai tea so I know how it taste but this time it tasted rotten and just overall like it went bad. I asked to change for a different flavor and she very rudely said that the Thai tea has always been like that and she wouldn’t change it because I didn’t like it. It wasn’t that I didn’t like it, it literally tasted expired! Very horrible customer service and definitely my last time coming here.
Everything was perfect. The fried spring rolls, pho, buns, dumplings, and general tso tofu were ALL delicious. Had a big dinner with friends and everything was worth the wait. The iced Vietnamese coffee is a MUST. Highly recommend
So 10 of my family members were planning on eating here & the server says that they can’t sit more than 6 ppl which is fine. So we decided to split up tables instead and we called the server again & im assuming the owner was the one who came & very rudely said “no big tables NO” practically kicking us out. We’ve been coming here for YEARS & I can assure you it’s the LAST time stepping in that place. Mind you, when we got there it was so dead, there were literally like 4 ppl sitting. It’s too bad the service quality can’t match the food.
Worst customer service ever. They treat you like a 2nd class citizen, zero hospitality and the food is worse than the service. If there was a zero I would give it to them. Husband and wife are the issue, super rude, which condones rude staff. I’m still waiting for a condiment after 20 minutes. The sad part is the place is slow.Top 3Poor customer serviceTerrible food- flavorless broth, overcooked noodles (looking for Pho go to Pho Houston)Unclean restaurant
Worst service ever!! As we entered in, the OWNER asked how many we were, to which we replied 5. He then looked at my daughter who is 4 years old and said rudely they didn’t have high chairs. I told him that was okay because she didn’t need one. Then we sat down, he once again spoke rudely and said they don’t seat parties of 6 or more. Being the SECOND time he spoke to me rudely, I responded rudely back and told him we were a party of 5. He once again said rudely he was just telling us. Sir, I said twice we were a party of 5 NOT 6!! After waiting 10 minutes for someone to just take our drink order, he came over to rudely ask for my daughter to turn down the volume on her iPad. I responded rudely back asking for someone to help us. If you’re an owner, DO NOT treat your customers like this!!!! We only came here because Pho Houston was closed!!!!
This place is a new found favorite! Compared to other Vietnamese places in the valley, the place is a lot cheaper and the flavor is amazing! Very friendly staff, I recommend the pho #207 & 211
I ordered the bun bo huey - delicious & my son ordered the curry, also delicious, glad we found a good Vietnamese restaurant close by
