Rude, not kid friendly, no high chairs. Menu looked delicious but after being seated we left as we were told multiple times that they had no highchairs (we only asked once). We got the feeling they do not like kids. We were told there were no outside liquids allowed when we took out our daughters sipppy cup. There are also signs posted saying to not leave children unattended. Hust putting this out there for other parebt whi enjoy this type of food. Just order to go I guess
I liked the atmosphere a lot. It's dim and fairly quiet. The menu is pretty lengthy so you're bound to find something that interests you.I ordered the chicken & shrimp Pad Thai and it was good, I just wish I got a bit more of the root (a little side of the main entree that adds a lot of texture when mixed in) for the entree.I think it's only worth it if you go during lunch that way you'll be able to get the lunch specials (a portion of the menu is cheaper during that time). The lunch special (Pad Thai + wonton soup + water) ran me like $14 with the tip so it's not bad.Service was fine, no issues with the staff.
Waited for about 45 minutes for food and when we got it it was disgusting the chicken tasted old and everything was greasy and not made well. Didnt even eat the food and I complained to the owner and she said that the food was good that everyone likes it and we have to pay everything that it's not her problem that we didn't like the food. Horrible horrible customer service. This is possibly the worst experience I've had in a restaurant ever.
Went there with my daughter and her friends and we're treated horribly!! Food was disgusting we ordered the lo mein and dumplings also some coconut cake. The lo mein was extremely greasy, the pork in the dumplings tasted undercooked and rotten!!! The coconut cake tasted like eggs not good whatsoever... would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!! I wouldn't even give this to my dog!!
I usually order boba from here and get the Thai tea so I know how it taste but this time it tasted rotten and just overall like it went bad. I asked to change for a different flavor and she very rudely said that the Thai tea has always been like that and she wouldn’t change it because I didn’t like it. It wasn’t that I didn’t like it, it literally tasted expired! Very horrible customer service and definitely my last time coming here.
Very underrated place. This place taste amazing however in the pho/soups they tend to not give you any meat and well as anything where the main dish is not the meat. However, I believe this is the best place for the price.
Everything was perfect. The fried spring rolls, pho, buns, dumplings, and general tso tofu were ALL delicious. Had a big dinner with friends and everything was worth the wait. The iced Vietnamese coffee is a MUST. Highly recommend
So 10 of my family members were planning on eating here & the server says that they can’t sit more than 6 ppl which is fine. So we decided to split up tables instead and we called the server again & im assuming the owner was the one who came & very rudely said “no big tables NO” practically kicking us out. We’ve been coming here for YEARS & I can assure you it’s the LAST time stepping in that place. Mind you, when we got there it was so dead, there were literally like 4 ppl sitting. It’s too bad the service quality can’t match the food.
This place is a new found favorite! Compared to other Vietnamese places in the valley, the place is a lot cheaper and the flavor is amazing! Very friendly staff, I recommend the pho #207 & 211
Try Dim sum, Pho, or Bun. My normal go to meals. Soo yummy.
