Horrible service of the worst kind!! It’s starts with Francisco the manager. We called and they mentioned the place was open until 5; however, the kitchen was accepting orders until 4:30. We literally arrived 5 minutes later which was way before 4:30 and the manager said that his entire kitchen staff quit between our phone call and our arrival. This was truly mind-blowing considering the staff was still bringing out plates. This was comedic to the 100th power. Horrible service and would not recommend to anyone for the life of me.
Great customer service and food. I know they were busy for a Saturday night and we did not have reservations but they accommodated us kindly and we had a nice time!
Lovely outdoor atmosphere, great lighting, they play really nice music, food was delicious. No complaints here! Will definitely be back.
4 stars because the food was a bit pricy. However the food was great, the atmosphere was great. Had a beautiful outside area and had live music playing. It was cold and had those propane tower heaters and felt nice. Would go again.
❤️❤️ I had my son’s 15th birthday dinner there last night and everything turned out more amazing than I thought it would. The service was outstanding, food delicious as always. The manager Paco, Alex, the head of the waiters, our waiters, Enrique, Elizabeth, and I apologize for not remembering the name of our 4th waiter, all were super attentive and courteous. I called the restaurant many times since I booked 2 weeks ago with questions ranging from menu and what I wanted to do for the celebration. Anything I asked if I could do, they never said no, as long as it was within their limits and rules. Everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was very enjoyable. All of our guests complimented everything from the staff service, to the food, to the restaurant itself. They were very pleased. Restaurant management and Captain of waiters worked with us in our plans for my son’s celebration. 100% recommend ❤️❤️ Forever grateful.
