I’ve been here several times and everything Ive tried has been really good and consistent. This time I just got the detox juice for breakfast. I really like the croissant combo, it comes with a really good dipping sauce for the chicken salad sandwich and also the island salad is really good. I also like the Campesina ciabatta. The inside is nice and clean and theres indoor and outdoor seating.
Good food however most employees are rude/seem like youre bothering them and never ever smile or seem happy youre there. So i don’t like to come. Also they got rid of the infused water and only have really sugary drinks. Even their “light” cucumber lemon aid is too sugary. Wish they had unsweet options or brought back their infused water. Also the prices in pamphlet at front desk is cheaper than what they actually charge you.
Went to the mcallen location once and NEVER AGAIN. They have RUDE employees and the Ciabatta that i got was cold like if it was there for a while.
They have their healthy options of sandwich and salads. They are delicious!
Enjoy Flatbread, chicken, mozzarella cheese sandwich with salad that has strawberries and mango chunks. I forget menu names but always order the same. Great, helpful and attentive staff.
Love their healthy smoothies!! A very good place for a light meal at a reasonable price. Their cibattas soups and salads are delicious!!
My mom went to a baby shower catered by Gumbo. It was super delicious. It was fresh and not soggy.

Fan of thier food and juices but very bad service from Carlos and Javier! Waited over 25 minutes for just 2 juices with place being empty, zero excuses for why they took so long.
I LOVE coming here, the salad/combo croissant sandwich is delicious! ?But the service, is BAD. I went the other day around 1:30 I was the only one there when I noticed everybody coming and going except me! ? I get up and ask for my order and she says “hold on”and I tell her “again”, if that’s all she knows what to say, it’s already 2:00 and still nothing. It’s 2:30 still nothing and I asked and she’s like telling the other person she’s been waiting for her order! ??Well he comes out and sees a bag next to the register and sees my name on it. ? Go frkn figure, all soggy sandwich, right!! Sitting for what, almost an hour and guess what she asks me “ DID YOU PAY” omg, instead of saying “I’m sorry” or at least offer to change my order, since it’s been sitting there for any hour!!
