TERRIBLE SERVICE. Sent my daughter in at 10:00pm to go inside and order inside since the drive through line was too long. The business hours on the door say they are open until 11:00pm, there should be no reason not to take her order. She went inside and was not acknowledged at all despite there being a handful of workers there. She stood there for about 10 minutes with no one taking her order and after awhile of being ignored, we decided to go to the drive through instead, since that's where all the attention was being pointed towards. We ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive through line....before we even got the chance to order. Terrible service.
Great food. The catfish was cooked fresh and very hot. Great service but very slow at the drive thru with only two cars in front of me.
They have a limit on rolls they can sell? If I’m paying for it, I expect to get what I want!!! I don’t care if they’re almost running out, you sell them until they run out if I want to buy all of them I will ?
My order was incorrect, I should have checked before I left. The service person made me feel like she was doing me a favor. Won't return to that particular establishment anytime soon.
I love the food, if I can ever get it. I placed my order 20 minutes ago and I’m sitting here waiting for the 2 kids behind the counter to stop screwing around and put some chicken on a plate. They keep ignoring dine in customers to drop everything and prepare grubhub orders. I feel stupid for trying to actually eat here, should have ordered online and screw them over
Everything was good but the shrimp were over cooked.
Always get family tender meal but sin I was solo only got the fish instead and it was good it tasted like fried chicken no wonder there since I bet they use the same fryer (this is no complain)
Are you bozos for real with the complaints? The chicken breast is the best fried chicken I've ever had, and I've had so many fried chicken breasts for so many different places. The prices are great and the food is fantastic. I'm so glad they opened down here.
I love the food. But sometimes its random. 1 time chicken was too salty. But out of many times this was a 1 time occurrence.However today 2-24-22Waited 32 minutes for last meal of the night. It was only a 6 piece golden tender combo with dirty rice. Seems very unacceptable
First time eating at Golden Chick. The food was great. Fast service. Great location.
