Subs magníficos, de los mejores qué hay
I called today at around 3:30 to order a couple of large sandwiches. The girl who answered kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell her what I wanted. She was rude and seems to dislike her job. Understandable , but she knew what she signed up for. I gave it 2 stars because my family likes the subs from here. I’ll be back, but not for awhile. Next time I call , and if I’m given the same treatment. I’ll just hang up like I should have today.
Great subs, priced right. The place is clean and plenty of space to sit and eat. Will definitely come back...
Service was terrible covid or no covid. The order was wrong 2xs and the soup tasted rotton. I really thought I would like it. Its a 1.
My first time here The gal taking the order was awful. It got to the point I was afraid to ask a question. Never smiled or said thank you. But when the locals came in, her whole attitude changed. My Italian sandwich was good. The small is around 4 inches. My pickle covered almost 1/2 of it. A medium is about 8 inches. But they are small. My soup was cold and water-like. Not much flavor. Was not about to ask them to reheat it.
I haven’t been to Firehouse in a while and I’m telling you, I was not disappointed this past Sunday! It was 2 of us and when we approached the counter the 3 workers were very friendly! They kept recommending different sandwiches, like the Italian and the club.. the hipster, surfer, cool dude with long, dirty blonde hair was a friendly cashier! All the workers were great and all wiped down tables when people got up!Keep it up! ?
The sandwich was decent and nothing mind blowing.. i did love the freshness of it... the wait time was 20 minutes for my order and it was just a sandwich... Not happy about that and the customer service was not good. Not very personable.
Quick, clean, and friendly location. Great tasting subs. Really love the Captain Sorensen’s datil pepper hot sauce, I often pick up a bottle and keep some at home.
Ordered Meatball meal Bread was hot but tomatoe sauce and meatball was lightly warm. No hand soap in bathroom, no sweet tea. Had to go remind employee to make tea.I've been coming to this location for about 2 years now and this was the first time my sandwiches were not piping hot. Employees during this shift need improvement
Used to be are favorite but it has went down hill. One person making sandwiches others milling around. Not busy but people were waiting too long. Sandwich was not hot☹
