Service is always great food has the best flavor love it here by far my favorite taqueria
Order a botana for three. Got home and it look more like I had pay for a nacho plate. Very few chicken and fajitas pieces. It’s not for three. More like for barely two. Never again will I order anything from them . That’s crazy.
These tacos are consistently delicious. Surprisingly, it's difficult to find simple tacos across the valley and in Texas of such consistent quality and price.The business has improved much of its infrastructure over the years.
Tacos were pretty good, I also had some progresso style lonchesitos the bread soaked up too much oil because it gets deep fried. I recommend the tacos but not the lonches.
Always has great food as well as a wide variety. They do offer curbside pickup which makes picking up your food very efficient. For being a food truck the overall setup of the inside is pretty nice and well kept. They often have music and TV on for entertainment.

Ordered the ponchos and wow so much food for just one order. The leftovers was like a new order. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place! It was recommended to go and try the tacos here and boy oh boy, what a great recommendation. As I pulled into the parking lot, I could smell the savory flavors of the chicken, meat, tacos, all the onions and cilantro. As I walked into El Rodeo, I was greeted by the staff, they were enthusiastic, helpful, very hard-working, and even took some pics with me. The server took us to our table, provided the menus, and brought back the beverages that we ordered within minutes. The server was super helpful in explaining what was in the dishes and also made some great recommendations. This place was a great open concept, with plenty a room, fresh air in an area for bands, and even dancing. As you can see from the pictures, we ordered some Carne Asada fries, tacos adobada, sopes , chicken and carne flautas, rolled tacos with all the toppings. Way to expensive… Food was regular… utensils need to be more durable and not to flexible - imagine mixing a baked potato with a plastic spoon…
