Disappointed..How the FXCK can you mess up an order TWICE the same day in 10 minutes!?I ordered the chicken bowl with NO PICO and what do i get? A chicken bowl WITH pico.. Ordered a second one with the SAME request of NO PICO and again.. SMFHThe deal with this location is that there are immature little kid employees just being loud and causing a distraction with messing up orders..Especially today when i noticed a female with fake blonde hair laughing being fxxkin loud where the person taking the order cant even get it right.I've come to this location for YEARS but whoever did the hiring process for these kids there today is disappointing. Y'all need to clean house or have an area manager control this location for a month..
Price increase again, they have raised the price twice in the last year. Hope they are paying the employees more. And they did not have green salsa, very disappointed.
The deals are great and the food is healthy, since the chicken is grilled and very trim.I do have to check my orders sometimes as they forget to add extra salsa.Don't forget to download their App to accrue points and get discounts.
Placed drive through order and for 5 different items. Got home and was missing an item. The least they can do is validate the order.
