Worst experience ever with Domino’s pizza ever!!!! Staff is extremely rude and dismissive of my problem. Pizza was over almost an hour late. Pizza was cold and missing items that was supposed to be on the pizza. When I called about it they said they would give me a credit but charge me for the the amount correct amount…in my mind when you give a credit you give all the money back because of there screw up. Not charge the person ordering for their screw up!!! I will never order or do business with any Dominos pizza ever again because of this one store. You just lost a loyal customer because of this one store.
What a terrible experience and to a store that just doesn't care. Ordered 2 large pies, asked for them to be cooked well done but were just regular. Worst thing is the delivery guy dropped them at some point and decided to deliver them anyways. ? Don't bother wasting your money here and find a different place.
I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich; The BBQ and Bacon Chicken; and the 2 piece Lava Cake before 8:45pm tonight (05Mar2022). I had called and canceled my order at 10:15pm due to it being an hour and a half. The delivery guy showed up at approximately 10:30pm. I told him the order had been canceled and I would not be accepting any cold, congealed, soggy food from him. He raised his voice and got an ugly attitude. I kept saying 'Have a good night" for several minutes before he left. I didn't appreciate him mean mugging me standing at his car with 2 fingers in the air. I just waved at him and continued telling him 'Have a good night'. I will NOT be ordering from this location ever again.
I have never visit a place where you are pressure to tip when you are picking up your own orderInstead of the cashier asking for method of payment once I was getting my pizza the gentleman said This is our Tip jar and you can tip on card as well I was literally surprised because you tip when you are getting service "labor" not when you pick up your own orderAlso Pizza was extremely Salty
Horrible!!! If only more people read reviews!!! An hour and a half and still waiting for pizza!!!! This is ridiculous!! Offered to go pick it up and person on phone said it was out for delivery. Person is obviously lost or something. Got hung up on 3 times as well!! No customer service whatsoever!!Save your money.. eat local or at least at a different domino's. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Last few times orders have been incorrect but today I was calling and calling and they never answered when I arrived to ask them if they were not answering the phone the cashier told me bluntly no we have to many orders this dominos is getting worst and worst by the day I think management does not care clearly which is a shame dew to the fact that it’s the only one in the area hope something is done soon!
Good pizza poor service. Went in the store said hello to the cashier who did not even look up or acknowledge the hello. Let it slide, went ahead and gave my name for pickup order, and had the box slid to me while cashier was engaging in a conversation with another coworker. Other employees also in the front did not greet anyone walking in. Poor management, and lack of social skills of the individuals who work here.
I eat a lot of pizza in on most of the time it’s from Domino’s and I got to tell you this is by far the worst dominoes when it comes to customer service or clumsiness. I can start off by saying I ordered my food around 3 PM arrived at dominoes about 430 to be told that they forgot to make my order for some reason.. i’m waiting in line I observed everything and they have a lot of flies and bugs flying around and none of the employees making the pizzas wore gloves. I will be calling corporate and I don’t recommend this place to anybody. The GM Miguel Espino needs to tighten up his ship.
