The Paella is superb, bursting with flavor! Get it on Wed nights. The service is always outstanding, very friendly and accommodating.
We’ve come here several times and each time was increasingly better. From mushroom tacos to tonight Paella! I was so excited to try and it blew away my expectations! Better than what I’ve had in Spain and California!So much flavor in every bite! Staff very friendly too:)

The Beef Burger here was amazing! They are not shy to season the meat and make it taste AMAZING! We came on a whim and werent disappointed.
The two of us shared an 18 oz bone-in ribeye steak, served with delicious sides, and it was amazing. Will definitely return when we're in the Valley again.
Might be the best burger in the valley. It was made perfectly and the fries were so amazing also; loved the dipping sauce.Update: Wasn't able to find the 4oz option so had to choose the 8oz and it was almost well done and dry instead of medium and patty was heavily salted, the bacon on the jalapeno popper was crispy but the bacon on the burger was fatty and chewy. Didn't get that melt in your mouth burger experience this time
Love their burgers , beet salad , all his salsas are delicious . He has maintained excellent food quality of flavors .
Amazing cuisine! I had the burger, tacos and cheese cake. The burger was top notch! It's patty was of the highest quality and it was delicious. The tacos were also excellent especially with the fresh guacamole on top. The cheese cake was the best cheesecake I've had! I will definitely be eating here again!
Make sure to ask for any new items for that day. The chef seems to draw inspiration from his surrounding. This cinnamon role was not on the menu and it was very satisfying after some paella ?. Always an option.
My favorite food truck!! Diego is the friendliest small business owner I’ve ever met! Food comes from his family farm and is ALWAYS fresh. Everything always tastes amazing!
