I went in the restaurant we were in line and out of no where the manager Melissa started yelling at Carlos de employee in front of the customers which is not right I understand that she is the manager and she has the right to get after him but somewhere private.
Do not order a cake online and expect it to be ready! I tried to pick up the cake for my daughter’s birthday today that we ordered 4 days ago and they “didn’t make it”. I received no explanation as to why it was not made. They did mention that it wasn’t paid for. Which I reminded them that the confirmation we received literally says order online and pay when to pick up. They offered me either a cake from the freezer or to pick it up tomorrow. The last time I checked, usually when you order something for a specific date and time that’s when you want it. My daughter did not get the cake that she wanted and I was charged for the replacement cake. We will not be ordering from here ever again.
Went by to Dairy Queen on N. 23rd for the first time in years to get my family a late dinner & snacks. I went inside to order, waited about 8 minutes, I was totally ignored, (It was not busy other than a regular line of cars at the drive thru). No one acknowledged me or told me they would be with me in a while. I now remember why it's been years since I've been there. No one should put up with this kind of service,(or lack of it), with so many options around so I didn't. I Left & went next door to Whataburger, where I should have gone & avoided this aggravation in the first place. I use to go to the one on N. 10th & I had a few negative experiences there, they closed down, coincidence, maybe not!
In drive thru for over 15 mins, they closed right as we pulled up to order, so we wasted gas and time for nothing.
My wife went at 1 15 today and got an order of chicken fried strips onion rings and a Dude sandwich for me. She has her own review page under Mighty717...well seems you cannot review a place more than once.Everything was GREAT. Food was hot. Drive thru lady was very polite.My wife happy. I happy.
I wasn't proud of the thing that happened was not received well. I asked my have an ice-cream added??? The first girl ask the other girl for help???
The food was good, but the bottom half of my hamburger bun tore in half and all the vegetables fell out. That doesn't usually happen.
Real close to my Mom's apartment you could literally walk towards it. And as usual at DQ, I always get my Butterfinger Blizzard.
I was wanting a dipped cone and I got it. It was so good, it hit the spot and I was satisfied.
I’m not the type to leave negative reviews but enough is enough. It has been numerous times that we go get blizzards here and every single time the blizzards are poorly made. They always have very little ingredients on the top and then the rest of the blizzards are just ice cream. It’s so annoying and always disappointing when I take my girls for blizzards only for us to be disappointed. Only reason we go here is because it’s the closest one to us. I think from now on I’ll drive to a different location instead. the lost recent incident happened today with a tropical blizzard. I’m not exaggerating when I say that there was only about 5 spoons full of ice cream with actual ingredients. The rest after that was just plain ice cream. This has been happing now for a long time. It’s sad to see degrading quality of their blizzards. It’s like they simply don’t care any more. Before they would take pride in their ice cream. I fear those days are long gone.
