Maybe I went too late in the day? 1 Hour before close. The southern fried chicken seemed double- fried like it was sitting around awhile then fried again to warm it, or the oil was bad in the first place. .. but the waiter had no problem switching it out for something else. The seasonal squash casserole that isn't on the menu is just excellent though ?I happened to see it online and then asked when we got there
As someone who has never been to cracker barrel, I can honestly say this place was pretty good and exceeded my expectations. To start off they told me there was a 30 min wait which ended up being not even 5 min. Our waiter was super nice and helpful. We ordered the loaded hashbrown which were excellent, super crispy on top and nice buttery soft inside. We went on a Friday so the fish fry was an absolute must and I 100% recommend. The burger was alright, but the steak was just perfect. All in all it wasn't as expensive as we thought it would be. Only about 60$ for four people. Overall, I do recommend.

She was so kind .God bless you both. It was pretty hard but this beautiful people were there to help me thank you. They both went out of their way. This is what makes cracker barrel so special, they care.
Gotta love their pancakes!!!! So far the best pancakes in The Valley But…… there’s good days and there’s bad days every time I order some pancakes they either come out nice and golden or they come out all black/burned. If I’m at the restaurant I usually sent it back, but if I order them on Uber eats I have no choice but to eat them like that they still taste good but still for the price I’m paying Am expecting good quality food not burn pancakes with leftover food stuck to them. My go to meal it’s always the bacon n egg hash brown casserole haven’t had any problems with that plate so far nice portion, balance taste, perfect for me. But still I would give it a 3.5 but I don’t how to add half star to it. They should have someone checking the food before sending i don’t know why they don’t do it or maybe they just don’t care but a little extra effort from them would be awesome.

4 meals purchased. Fried shrimp was chewy. Meatloaf dinner was enjoyed. One of the roast beef meals was fatty but flavorful. Carrots were delicious. Very noisy and difficult to have conversations.I always love the shopping area.
The All Day Pancake Breakfast Family Meal Basket is my families favorite reunion meal when we all get together. We have our fill of pancakes and their casseroles are honestly unmatched. We order pick up and are always pleased on how well served the meals are and how delicious the food is.
Went to have breakfast and there were plenty of people waiting. For myself and my son they said it would be a 30-45 minute wait....that is ridiculous because as I left I looked in to the restaurant and I saw plenty of empty tables and chairs. Then, I called the restaurant to speak to the manager twice and was placed on hold by Yvette and she never picked up the phone, she just left me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes the first time and over 5 minutes the second time. Ive been to other Cracker Barrels and they are very prompt and attentive. Very disappointed.
