They cancelled my Uber eats order and took forever to do it. They never actually contacted me to cancel or give a reason why. Terrible service. Won’t bother ordering here again.
When yesterday between 9-10. The place was super dirty everywhere. It was disgusting and employees were some what nice but you could tell they didn't want to be there. Also one had his apple airpods in. Which is very disrespectful to a customer!!!! The other employees had long hair with no hair net. I know he was wear a cap but if your hair stuck out you have to wear a hair net. It's part of mcallen food service handling program!

They closed the store 5 mins before closing and refused to service me even with ppl outside eating ice terrible customer service
First time I ordered a ice cream cake and they didn't put in the mix-in. The second time they did the cake completely wrong I ask for cookie dough ice cream but they just use vanilla and no mix-in. Never coming back. both of cake cost 100$ each . And they didn't do a good job. If you're going to order something here just let them do whatever they want to do, because the are NOT going to make it with the flavors you want
I got to Cold Stone 15 minutes before closing time. Come to find out their doors were already locked and the employee was signaling that they weren’t taking anyone in. Just in the time that I was there 3 different families were turned away! I left soon after. Who knows how many more came to find they were closed EARLY. Update your hours on google won’t you? That way I know I won’t make it on time since you close early.

Ice cream is tasty! Ordered chocolate with cookie dough mix-in and fudge topping. Only issue is there was barely any cookie dough, but it was still good.
Good ice cream; pricey, but some may find it worth it. Service can be slow, but no one should be in a rush for ice cream!
