Great experience most of the time. The bar side on the weekends tends to be an older well behaved crowd. Perfect for a night out with my wife. The only reason why I'll give it 4 stars is because the last couple of times we have been there, the AC was kept a bit on the warmer side and nothing was done about it when brought to the attention of the staff. I like to feel the air especially when I'm drinking. Also this last waiter that tended us definitely did not want to be there and honestly upset me. I'll make sure I don't come across him again next time I go.
I am a regular costumer. Went by a few days ago. The bartender ignored us, no greet and started cleaning. I asked kindly another employee if we could get a beer and he said he had to ask the bartender cause “he doesn’t like when him serving”. So that was a strange answer since he is an employee, knows us and he shouldnt have people waiting that long. They should be doing TEAMWORK.Anyways, he approached the bartender, never served us NOR gave us an explanation or kindly apologize and ask us to wait more? I was at the bar for 20mins and NO SERVICE. We were only 6 people at the bar and 4 of them already had their drinks but US. We just got up and left.Prior to that, 2 weeks ago, they had the worst LEAK at the bar. It smelled ugly and they kept sweeping anf mopping. It was gross. The whole night, the full bar smelled.
Their fried wontons filled with cream cheese and crab were absolutely delicious! Probably the best I've ever had. Dinner portions are large enough to feed two. I had Kung Pao and fried rice and they were both lacking flavor. The fried rice was a tad overcooked. My husband had the Philadelphia roll and Sweet and Sour Pork and said both were good. Our waiter was very responsive and had our refills coming. Although the main courses were nothing to rave about, I will give this place another try since their customer service was great and their prices are very reasonable.
Terrible experience. They need to get rid of the manager Billy. Dude has horrible people skills. First time walking out of a restaurant and won’t be back.1 single beer (1/5 full) on a table, with one napkins on each chair (4 napkins total) so we thought the table was empty since no one was there, we cleaned the table to help the server and billy got upset and started scolding us saying we needed to pay for the literally EMPTY glass of beer …. Apparently it belonged to someone… I told him I wasn’t going to pay for a beer when I was literally trying to help and the beer was empty unattended on a table that looked like it was sitting four people and had left already .. kept going back and forth and then he cussed and walked away … immediately got up and walked away …
Food was delicious but we waited a long time to get our food especially the sushi rolls! But everything was delicious

Service is the worst. Either there is no management to check on tables or there are just not enough servers. Do not recommend unless you’re willing to wait more than 15 minutes to get a drink.
Really poor service. Food was good but it took 30 min for the appetizers, it had already taken 10-15 min for the drinks. Our server was no where to be found for another 30 min post meal. Food was up to temp and well plated.

I've never eaten here but I've tried coming two, maybe three different times to enjoy the bar. This business has always disappointed in a way that each of those times has caused me to leave after my first drink. It has always been warm and humid inside. This is of course uncomfortable. Noticing that the bartenders have always been in lose clothing, long sleeves rolled up, or in tee-shirts tells me that the warm temperature is likely the norm.Business owners or managers: You're losing more money (myself for example) by setting your air conditioner setting high creating an uncomfortable environment, causing me to leave versus setting it at a normal, comfortable level and having customers stay and order more food, beverage, or both. Stop being stingy with the A/C.I'll give this place one more chance somewhat after the posting of this review so as to give the business management or owners time to remedy this issue. If still hot inside, will never visit again.
