I went to Chuck E. Cheese about 4 weeks ago is a nice place pretty clean. The mouse/rat didn't put any effort on trying to entertain the kids, and a lady in the front the cashier was kind of rude didn't explain to us of any discounts while the guy cashier was telling everyone about it. It was our 1st time here, so we were completely lost and her not telling us anything didn't help much. The food took a while to arrive, it was alright. You use a card to play games and it has time in it so if you don't stop the time and don't use it. you will be left with no opportunities to play. Also, once we were leaving the same cashier didn't let us leave until I show her pics of my daughter because we didn't have a mark in our arms that she was supposed to put on us when we enter. Would I go back? Probably only because I stop my card and still have some time left in it that I was told I could continue using once I go back. Do i recommend? Sure, but not this location.
The pizza was disgusting.The crust was salty and the cheese was a little colder than the rest of the ingredients but still enough to feel off. The music was very obnoxious. Serious fly/gnat problem. Way overpriced for below bad food. Also the employees were a little to happy. Nobody is THAT happy. I can't pin it down exactly so it's between either of the two, but when you force your employees to talk and act all happy and cheery it comes off as very fake and staged emotions and you can tell they aren't actually like that. The cheeriness should come off naturally. The other way it could come off is kind of passive aggressive, or at least I think so.

They took 1 hour to bring simple cheese pizza . When we inquired they said they have put wrong toppings.
The place is good for the Kids, service is ok too; however when comes to food; I ordered a ‘plate’ and supposed to come with 4 Awesome boneless wings. This is the joke we get - One peace was the size of a Nickel mostly breaded ??

Food was hot and great taste satisfy. But had lots of dirty tables. Lack of cleanness. And terrible games. Most of them dont work

Who doesn't love Chuck E. Cheese..? If you got kiddos, go here to relax. They stamp me and my gremlin's hand at the door and relieve this single mum of some stress..! Fair price for the security and games that my little one loves...who's Peter and why is he a Piper...that makes me think of the Pied Piper and it it all circles back to a rat...hmmm, I smell a conspiracy theory covered in....extra cheese, YES please!...lol nummy *cheese grin
