Ordered online through doordash but it wasn’t there when I got there, so I asked them why. Instead of making my order again, they were instigating me and making me feel as if it was my mistake. They told me I must of accidentally put it through delivery when their computer in front of them said pickup (it was in the eyesight of me). They didn’t even apologize for THEIR mistake. If they are worried about their pickup deliveries then they should make sure WHO picks them up.
It was good, but the girl who served my burrito appeared to be new and barley but any rice, beans, or protein on my burrito.
I love the food but I hate when the night manager is working the line. She only puts half way scoop of meat in the bowl so you end up paying $10 for rice and beans

loved eating here we actually made it our lunch spot it wasn’t until this girl started being to friendly with my husband and started to receive free meals with his co - worker but we would go and she just started being a little rude not to mention she had her hat on with all her hair sticking out like where is your hair net so yes i found messages from her she was saved under a man’s name
The last 2 weeks have been the worst when dealing with this generation of young adults. I promise this is a good review! From the hair store on ware rd. (no names). To having just dealt with a bitter gentleman across the way at the grocery store before I stopped here. The employees need to be commended in some way because they were an absolute joy. Starting from the gentleman who prepped my burrito. To the young woman who helped me use my card in a new way! I've never experienced anything but the best of customer service at this particular Chipotle. They're always smiling, quick and efficient. I eat here way too much. But I don't see a need for change anytime soon. Thanks to all this mornings employees for having made up where other folks lack!
Today I ordered online a chicken burrito extra protein extra cheese extra brown rice extra black beans; I received a cold burrito no beans in burrito with white hard rice and maybe four pieces of chicken and a teaspoon of cheese! Staff who is making online orders service is bad. This person threw my order together did not care what was written on the order that’s very sad and pathetic it really upsets me because chipotle is my favorite restaurant and I spend a lot of money with Chipotle.Chipotle this is unfortunate when I ordered online and don’t get what I asked for. I diligently save my rewards points and to use my reward points and not to receive after I save receipts to get my rewards is unfortunate.

Delicious burritos, burrito bowls, and other items!Love guacamole mode, when you get free guacamole!! Their drinks are also pretty amazing, particularly loved the mandarina lemonade!!
White cheese is really good.
