I just love Chili's! It is a good place to go at any time. I went for a lunch date mid-week. Be ready for a long lunch since it is busy at these hours!I tried the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. It has grilled chicken, cheese, tomatoes, corn & black bean salsa, tortilla strips with citrus-balsamic. Cheese quesadillas sit on top of the salad. It is so good and very filling!Sign up for coupons! We had free chips and queso. I had not tried the Skillet Queso before. It's delicious!
I had a waiter named Alex today (Friday afternoon around 7pm) He really needs to work on his customer service. He was upset because my table ordered different drinks ex. Beers/ margaritas. He was upset that we all didn’t order the same drink, he said we were the “first table that ordered different drinks” then asked us to keep track of our drinks because we were “all over the place”. He made unnecessary comments like “it’s been a long week huh.” Why yes Alex, we grind from 8-5 and then go home and keep working until 11PM. We decide to reward ourselves one day and you’re so bothered, you ruined our dinner. I’ve had such great service here until we got him as a waiter. He was rude the whole time, he made a comment like “I see eyes but no name being called, (he wasn’t wearing a name tag) my name is Alex” the one time we looked at him because we wanted to order food. I wanted to speak to a manager but I honestly took my food to go because he ruined everything.
Delicious food. Served fast and staff are friendly and courteous. Good specials. Sodas, teas, etc. are a bit pricey so take advantage of the free refills or order water. Family friendly restaurant.
My fajitas were not sizzling. My mom's grilled chicken sandwich, did not look grilled. The appetizer was very good, trio. And the plus is they have Diet Coke. Server's do not wear masks. NRJ.
Super nice place , delicious food and drinks!
hubby ordered steak medium rare and was well done and took them 25 minutes and still was not ready they did apologize but still wasn't ready finally left paid bill but hubby didn't get to eat
Great service, sat in the bar section, Dry rub ribs were meaty, bacon swill burger was fulfilling as well
When they gave me my drink it had a lid in it IN it not ON it you take it that when they put the ice in there they would see it and when they served the tea but no I had to pull it out and ask what the heck was that .wondering if the cup was clean.
Wow, talk about service. They had our drinks out within minutes of ordering. Our waitress was on the ball and took care of everything quickly. Food was good too.
