What a great place to eat, I could not resist getting the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious! They were kind enough to give us sauces to try with out potato chips and they were so good. Customer service was on point and the place was so clean that it amazed me for it being a fast food chain.My wife's sandwich was a bit on the colder side but it was still so good. I would still suggest that they allow the employees to take unused sauces back as we did not use a couple of them and when we asked they said that they had to be thrown away.While I understand it is a health measure, if the sauce is sealed they should be able to be taken back for being a bit less pollutant, or that may only be my opinion.
Chicfila is always a 5 star rating! The location on 10th and Trenton served as a great spot for an after sports hangout with the kiddos. The spicy deluxe sandwich is my go to nearly every time. Tried the seasonal drink, Cloudberry Sunjoy, for the first time and it was quite tasty! Enjoy and added berry notes to the normal Sunjoy. And you know I be dunking my waffle fries in that delicious Chicfila sauce for sure!
I’ve come here early in the morning for breakfast, late at night for dinner and there is always a kind greeting, followed by if I need anything else. Today when placing an order through the app for curbside I thought I had put the location this time for the Nolana store. My tiredness deceived me and I put Trenton. After a couple of minutes I received a call from the CFA on 10th from someone named Eliza to tell me they would be happy to replace my order with a fresh new meal because they did not see my vehicle. After calling back and telling Eliza about the mix up she was still so kind, understanding, and patient. Said she would be happy to help with my purchase and did so with ease. Thank you to the workers for their kindness and understanding! This store has never failed me :)
We have all come to know Chick-fil-A for it's great customer service, atmosphere, and food. Of the different branches in North McAllen, this one is my favorite. The staff is not just kind, they are happy. My order was taken with ease, all of the specific details of my order were correct. I tend to ask questions about the cost of different choices, the clerk looked up the answers confidently. My family loves to eat here.
Had a Deluxe chk combo with the thirst quenching lemonade as I was completing my visit ai asked a young leader mgr if they had any ❤️ trays and she said she could get me one I asked for one and this was a personal get for my daughter.

Had such a great experience during my visit today. I had a curbside order and upon the delivery of my food, employee Isaac saw my German Shepherd in the backseat of my truck. He took it upon himself to offer my dog a pup cup. Even though there was a full parking lot, he quickly returned. After a long day at the vet this was such a pleasant surprise. This act of kindness is the second mile service Chick-fil-A employees are praised for. Thank you for making my day!
We live in SOUTH Pharr which is a 23 minute journey, and have made the trip all the way to this location simply for the Root beer. Only location around McAllen that has Barqs RB. Thank you for still carring it ??.
