I came and ordered breakfast which included a fruit cup with no blue berries and extra oranges. I really like oranges so I wanted extra oranges and I didn't care if there was a charge extra for it. I had no problem paying for extra oraanges. I come to the window and ask the employee if they were able to the special order and he says no. Then goes and asks a manager to ask and he comes back to confirm, no they were not able to do it. What other choice did I have? I had no choice but to say okay. I get my order and arrive at my residence to see my order is wrong. At this point, this is the last straw and I'm fed up with it. I return to the restaurant, food still unopened, and bring it to the counter. I didn't even want the food anymore. I requested a refund so that I could take my business to another Chick-fil-A but but the manager said they don't offer refunds. I even tried to work around it. I asked if I could get the credit on a gift card so I could go to another Chick-fil-A but the manager said they only load gift cards with cash. Again, what other choice did I have? I had no choice but to say okay. They redid my order and they even threw in an extra biscuit that I didn't order and another fruit cup. Like really? All I requested was extra oranges and I was willing to pay for them but now because I am upset, you think an free additional fruit cup and a biscuit is going to make all okay. No ma'am. I will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A. Theres another one a bit father from my house but I am fed up with this Chick-fil-A location due to this experience.
This is not the first time I have not received my delivery. Very disappointed! I tried calling the restaurant and no one answers!!
This Chick-fil-A offers extremely good service. I was greeted once I walked in the door. My order was taken promptly and food brought out fast. Yadi came by my table to welcome me to Chick-fil-A and find out if I had been there before. She came back mid meal to offer my "beverage to be refreshed" and ask if I needed anything else. Once I was finished I barely got up and she offered to throw my trash away. She thanked me for coming and told me to have a fantastic day. All in all it was great service and extremely nice to see that kind of attention.
I received my order today with no sauces and drove all the way home without realizing I didn’t have them. I ended up driving back up to the store because who could eat Chick-fil-A without Chick-fil-A sauce ? Only an animal ofcourse. At this point my food is cold and I got a little discouraged. When I arrived a very kind staff member was standing at the door and asked if he could help me with anything. He ends up taking my bag of food and replacing the whole thing as well giving me a cookie. This my friends, is why you go to Chick-fil-A!!!
They are definitely very fast at getting your food out. Excellent service at all times and if anything is wrong with your order they never hesitate to make sure they get the order correct.
Thank you Chick-fil-A. We had a fantastic time at the Valentine event. Took our grand daughter and she had a blast!
Seriously I only come to this location for it's proximity, but I can count on both hands the times they've messed up my order from not receiving an item, to receiving the wrong item, to getting subpar nugget selection ie: 4 or 5 fried crusts of pure batter and zero breast. Take the damn batter pieces out don't mix it in with your 8 count. You basically pay full price for half the nuggets. I've literally complained to management about mess ups and they were never very quick to make it right, so I have to submit a compliant online which is the last thing I want to do.The 10th street location is top notch.
As always Chick -fil-A never disappoints. Ordered off the app. Picked up curbside and was greated with a smile. It was my pleasure leaving this review.
Made a online order for curbside for just a large lemonade waited over 15 min. Eventually I flagged down a person and asked them to bring my drink and asked to speak to a manager. After waiting another 5 min for Dennis to come and speak to me all that he could say was well it happens due to the fact that you only ordered a drink on its own. I asked don’t you have a alarm or something to tell you someone has been waiting over 15 min now. He said sorry I apologize. And that’s that. Chick-fil-A should really come up with a better system if this is according to Denise a ongoing issue
I know Chik fil a is a place I should ban because I am biracial and not exactly straight. But it's so pretty in there. The food is good too. The parking lot is a little confusing because every parking spot is marked as curbside pickup or for their own delivery cars, and there aren't any unmarked spaces for dine in customers or in store pick up.
