As soon as I walked into the restaurant and was disgusted the restaurant was very dirty, tables weren't cleaned properly the floor was even worst. I requested a booth so the waiter said let clean one all she did was put the trash on to the other table and just a quick wipe and threw on the crumbs to the floor. I could only image how the kitchen looks like. This restaurant does not even deserve half a star.
Had the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and it was ok.Update... Went again to ordered but this time it was to go, but my dad wanted to sit down to have a beer while we wait. We sat and waited for a menu or a server but nothing. We had to get up and let them know, a server came and took the order and he repeated the order but when it came out it was wrong. He said I didn't order it. Any who food was ok service was not good, so it went from 4 stars to 3 stars.
This restaurant deserves 0 stars. HORRIBLE service! Hostess sat us down at a DIRTY table. Waitress NEVER went to take our drink orders. We sat there for 25 minutes and NO ONE ever came to attend us. We got up and I told the hostess we had been sitting there for 25 minutes and no one had come to take our drink order or even acknowledge we were there. I told her, "We are leaving" and her response with a giggle, "Oh, ok, thank you, bye!" WILL NEVER RETURN. I do not understand how people can still go there.

Terrible service and disgusting environment. We were given a wait time of 10 minutes and waited 30 minutes instead. We overlooked the wait, but once we were seated we waited another 15 minutes and no one came to our table. The table was soaking wet, the entire dining room floor was covered in napkins, straw wrappers, and crumbs. No one was cleaning up. We finally left without ever being acknowledged. Would not recommend or go back.
We enjoy dining at Buffalo’s. My Husband and my Boys love the wings. We usually go to the one on north 10th street. Never have Issues at that location. Last night we decided to go to the one off expressway 83 off ware road. Very bad experience. Men’s restroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels to dry your hands. Our table was dirty had to ask our waitress to clean it.. twice because she forgot to clean it when we asked her the first time. There was a guy that brought our appetizer and just slid it on the table didn’t say anything just walked away. We asked for a cup of ice and she brought it half way. My Hamburger was charbroiled on all ends of the patty. I honestly think that staff needs to be on top of providing good service to customers. We will not be going to this Buffalo’s again.
Ordered 30 boneless wings with large fries and Onion rings to PICK UP. Got 3 small boxes labeled to have 10 boneless wings each. They were ONLY 5 wings in each box! Getting a total of 15 boneless wings, half the amount of what I ordered! Also, there was half the amount of fries and onion rings in each box. We paid almost $40 for the entire order. What a disgrace!!Luckily I decided to check each item BEFORE leaving the restaurant and told the lady what had happened. She was kind and went to fix the order and apologized to us.Seriously, kitchen staff members need to do better at their job. Don't go thinking just because we order pick-up or delivery that we won't check it. We will. So, please, treat orders "to go" with the SAME quality as you treat DINE-IN customers! Very disappointed about this place.

Went for the game tonight, food was okay and the bar tender was nice, but the place was absolutely filthy, food all over the floors, trash everywhere, and the smell sitting at the bar was horrible, like an old grease trap and a clogged floor drain together. The bearded manager in the Grey shirt sat at a table next to the bar/ kitchen for an hour and 25 minutes watching videos on his phone with volume full blast with two female co workers while the place was a hot mess. For the 3 hours we were in there a total of maybe 20 customers had come inside. It wasn't busy at all, even the bar tender said it was dead all night, no reason the restaurant should have been a disaster like that all night long.
“Dinned in” on December 27, 2021. This was my second time "dining" at this "establishment" and the only reason for going there was because it was late and just about everything else was closed and some friends suggested it.The “restaurant” was FILTHY, nearly every single table was dirty, there was trash on the floor, food on the floor, chicken wings on the floor. I saw this mess and asked myself what they kitchen must look like. I have eaten at shacks with dirt floors in Mexico that were cleaner, and that is no lie.Anyway, I ordered an "All American Cheeseburger" and it was not good, the picture on the menu made it look huge, the burger I was served was on a very small bun, the two patties were about as thick as cardboard, poorly formed and they fluffed it up with tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. The cheese was not melted, the burger was nearly cold and the onion rings I ordered were some of the worst I have had in my life. Whoever was “cooking” must have been new or just didn’t care.I don't know how this place stays in business, really I have not had such a nasty "food experience" and poor service... when we wanted to pay the servers were all busy in a "girls meeting" just yaking and not paying attention. I did not feel good about leaving a tip.I have nothing good to say about this place. Oh and I had diarrhea all night after that meal. Last thought, how the heck dose this place pass health inspections? I have no clue.
