great food friendly staff
We ordered brisket, chicken, and the pork ribs. All three were delicious cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was very chill. The tejano music playing made me feel like I was at a family bbq.
I ordered pull pork sandwich added sausage and also baked potato with brisket. Pull pork and brisket was good in flavor. Sausage not so great, was expecting a high quality sausage. Bread for pull pork sandwich was ok. Potato needed to be more hot for all ingredients to be juicy and cheese to be melted, it was not hot enough for a potato.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the brisket. The smoke ring was distinct and thick. It was the best brisket I've ever bought. The BBQ baked beans were also smoky with generous helping of brisket in them also.Definitely a restaurant that I would recommend.
Love the brisket! We have visited many times and they are consistent with quality, service and cleanliness. Love the daily specials. We love the brisket sandwich and brisket potato. Our favorite sides are the bbq brisket beans, Mac n cheese and baked potato casserole. They are courteous , friendly and eager to please. I only wish they bring a location back to Pharr. Maybe next to HEB on Ridge or in downtown Pharr.
Good service and excellent food
I placed an order for a whole smoked brisket, Turkey and sausage. The order was ready to pick up right when they told me it would be. I even added a few sides and was accommodated quickly. The customer service is always too notch. My family simply LOVED the meats. Black Diamond I have a feeling you’re going to have some more loyal customers coming soon. I bought enough for 2 days of parties and even the day 2 reheat was delicious and I answered the same question so many times. “Omg where did you get this meat from, it’s delicious !” Thank you ?

Very rarely give 5 star, but I totally had to on this one. Sorry didn't get pic of sandwich I ate but it was delicious! Brisket was moist, cooked just right. Sausage was also good. But OMG I LOVED the potato salad. I had to give compliments to the server, Angie; and she made the potato salad. Hubs and I were so satisfied with meal that we ordered meat for Thanksgiving. BBQ sauce was just right. Definitely making this our go to spot for BBQ. And they do doordash, so I'll be ordering lunch one day. Next time I'm going to try a little bit of everything cuz I gotta kno lol. ? Oh, very reasonably priced, just the one's I remember per 1/2 lb brisket 10$ Turkey 8$. And they have daily specials
