I went to Applebee's with a good friend of mine, it's located on N. 10th street, a couple of blocks from Violet Ave. We ordered our usual iced tea. We were starving so we ordered a burger and fries for an appetizer. My friend also ordered a house salad to start with, which he never received until we mentioned it to our server. For our meals He ordered the Shrimp and Parmesan Sirloin for $19.59, he also subbed his veggies for pasta. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp $14.99. I also ordered a side of garlic and lemon green beans which I never received until I was able to mention it to our server. My friend never received his shrimp nor the Parmesan sauce on his Steak as mentioned in the menu. Once he informed our server of the missing shrimp, she brought out the Shrimp way before I ever got my green beans. I finally received the beans half way through the meal,and they were pretty good. I really like my dish because the blackened chicken was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. I loved the grilled onions and mushrooms that came with the meal. Oh, I switched the mashers for fries and glad I did. I tried my friends mashed potatoes and they were super stiff and I couldn't taste the roasted garlic at all. He gave me a piece of his Sirloin Steak and I was surprised as to how tender it was. Over all it was a very good food experience, but not so much on the service. Would I go back again, Yes! And I would definitely order the blackened chicken again or the Sirloin.
Sat for at least 30 min an no server came to great or ask for drinks I ended up having to speak with a manager before getting served once sever got to the table to take order she walked off an didn’t take menu or come back wit plates very unprofessional this is a great place and me an my wife have been coming for about 4 years now and it seem that it’s getting worse I’m only here on my lunch break an will b late
Extra crispy bacon hit the spot on my classic bacon cheese burger. Service is prompt and courteous.
Great place to sit & drink. Chicken strips are good! Loved the chicken alfredo. The wings are pretty good too!
My best place ... I love to smell the garlic and butter ?The staff very friendly and mekes you feel like home.
I guess is my fault...ordered a plate of fettuccine alfredo and what I was served was a cold plate of pasta (dried as hell) with just a bit alfredo sauce. I had to asked the waiter to bring me a side of alfredo sauce to throw in there and heat up the pasta as well. Waiter was attentive and that is why I am giving Applebee's 2 stars. The problem is in the kitchen and on their management who need to check on what their kitchen is sending out.
Great place.. fast service. Waiters were attentive and courteous. Would go again.
Food was delicious, customer service was awesome, wait time a bit long but it was worth it .
The food was great and awesome as always, my grandma and i got good seats. Just one thing that I'd like to point out,...waitress Jodie attended us with such a crude yet moody tone of voice. My grandma and i didn't like the way she rose her moody tone at us. Now, idk what her issue is, but that doesn't have no excuse as to Jodie having to have the tone at us. I just mainly focused on jodies way of speaking as i was having my dinner with my grandmom
If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. How embarrassing is it that I they are going to ID me after I been here multiple times and not once once a photo of my iD on my phone denied. Suddenly I'm being asked to leave and asked not to come back by the manager and the waiter was harshly rude she looked like she was on crack or something .. unprofessional
