I have been seeing several reviews saying the same thing. Not enough food! I usually order the box combo and it is over full with chicken and fries for $12.50. Today I was going to share with someone so I decided to order the chicken by itself which was over eight dollars and the fries by themselves which were six dollars. I got half the amount of food that I would normally get for the 1250 combo. I have ordered from here over 10 times and I cannot believe that they are doing this to customers who are ordering the individual instead of the combo it doesn’t make any sense. I was going to call and complain but I have already seen that management is blaming pictures and corporate boxes blah blah blah on their google reviews. The fact is this little container isn’t even filled up. I paid more and got less. Hopefully Uber will give me my money back! Try the north Arlington location or the combos do not order individual.
Very disappointed. I went here because someone I work with ordered from the grand Prairie location and it looked good. His cheeto fries were in a round foil tray covered. My order was jammed into a tiny chicken take out box. I asked about the discrepancy or if I couldn't have ordered a larger size. They said no other option is available even I would pay more. The card board chicken box is not made for cheese sauces. Thus is not what they show online. I don't know if the owner is just being cheap. The other location in grand Prairie prepares the order more in line with the images online. The elote is absolutely terrible. They use canned corn. My wife would not eat it.Also, all the fries (even the plain fries) were very soggy. This location seems to be taking shortcuts. The fries are crispy at the other location.Edit for reply: my coworker ordered this same thing today. It was in the round tin. Also. The fries were soggy at your location. But the order for coworker were actually golden fries. The elote was not fresh corn. Taste was terrible.
Love the idea of this quick stop but the service is horrific. This associate has a very disgusting way of addressing her customers on the regular. Instead of correcting the order that was brought out wrong she is becomes even ruder and is persistent that the customer ordered it wrong. You can forget about your hopes for a quick light apology for the inconvenience. Plan to argue with a few hormonally raged teenagers over sub- par snacks.
I live in Burleson, I drove to 1051 N State Hwy 360 Suite 107, Mansfield, TX 76063 because I was looking forward to a split drink. While I know teens are learning and need to start somewhere, I feel the need to educate them that the customer is always right, I left the facility today feeling like a Karen because I was arguing with two teen employees, not one could get what I was requesting. I asked for the shrimp combo and a split cup, asking for the split cup was the worst mistake, they insisted that I could only pick a certain drink, I understood and stated that they could charge me for it if they needed but I still wanted my split cup, it took about 5 minutes for the conversation to get no where between the two, it was as if I was speaking a different language, I repeatedly told them that i understood that I could not get the split cup but they could charge me extra, the young man looked directly at me and told me that it was not possible, I stopped the conversation and walked out. Please educate them. Thank you. I’m not a Karen I promise, just very upset because I was looking forward to my drink, I ended in Starbucks, not the same refreshing drink.
Today was my first time at Zero Degrees; I ordered their Garlic Butter and Salt Popcorn Chicken Combo and my husband got the Honey BBQ Popcorn chicken combo. Both were REALLY good, I like how the chicken is perfectly flavored without relying on a bucket of sauce. My friends that joined us tried the Strawberry Cheesecake shake and the purple oreo shake thingy (I forgot the name)- they were very impressed. I will be coming back to try their signature Mangonada ??
I give 2 stars only because the order was fast and the cashier was nice. 5 drinks for about $38. We threw most of it in the garbage. My wife was really disappointed. In response to the owner’s question: the drinks looked great and I wouldn’t mind the price. However I would not go back because they just tasted terrible to me. Out of 5 drinks, 1 of my daughter’s said she liked it. 4 of us didn’t like it.
Staff is okay. The drinks were 90 percent ice. They are out of split cups. This used to be a five star place, it's a four star now. They have super cool fun concept food and drinks. The split cup drinks are definitely the best part of this place.
Our first time to this location. Been before in Arlington, consistent at Both locations. The food today was all perfect, nothing was wrong or cooked wrong, I had a big order since I came with my family (5 orders of food and two smoothies). Mangonada and piña colada was so yummy. Carne asada fries were great, fries might have been alittle too over cooked but not all of them, better to be crispy crispy than soggy or soft. Can’t complain. All the chicken tender and honey bbq popcorn chicken plates came out good. Kids loved it and it’s not small portions. Flaming hot Elote cup was soo yummy , elote is one of my favorite snacks and it was made perfectly here. Service was pretty quick. Smoothies came out within 5 mins and food came out within 10-15. It wasn’t busy at all when we were here.
Really good. Enjoyed a variety of Asian influenced dishes here and have yet to be dissatisfied in the least. The ONLY minor complaint I'd have is from time to time they run out of things (beef, and drinks last time we visited). Not something that would really be a direct fault or fix the restaurant itself could make..
I was so excited to try zero degrees and once I got there, they’re were a vast amount of options of food and drinks too choose from. But ultimately the shakes I got were very watery and not sweet whatsoever ( I got a Oreo shake and a camo matcha shake with hot Cheetos elote ). Also the elote was very subpar, the corn ratio was off and the whole thing tasted nasty. It basically was Cheeto crumbs with Parmesan and a sprinkle of corn. Honestly I think it would be better off just going to a local Mexican vendor for these foods.
